This home is 3,000 sqft single story with an extremely roomy kitchen with 2 kitchen islands, seating at the kitchen bar and dining room seating. There is outside seating under the patio cover. 5 Bedrooms offer of sleeping arrangements. Spacious living room with seating for the whole party with an 85" television and fireplace. Laundry room available for your use.
We keep the Pool & Spa heated for your comfort at no extra nightly charge.

The entire home is available for your stay. 3,000 sqft home with large eat-in Kitchen opening to the Living Room with Fireplace/85" television.

Private gated community of Montage allows for street parking until 10:00 pm. Private driveway for 3-4 cars; Garage parking for 1 vehicle. EV Charging also! Just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and close to Village of La Quinta.

The Game Room is nearly 1,000 sqft and has A/C to keep it cool. Pizza Oven and outdoor seating with fireplace. Bocce ball, mini golf, pool & spa; the Game Room has a vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade games, poker table, basketball, darts & more.
