Surrounded by palms and shrouded in sunshine, this beautiful Morehead City home comes ready to host! During your stay, enjoy dazzling water views from every room. When you want to get outside and relish the warm weather, take a quick bike ride to the beach, launch the kayaks at the nearby kayak launch, or check out the area's plethora of popular restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaufort and Atlantic Beach are also less than three miles away. Two kayaks and eight bikes are available for your family's enjoyment, as well as a plethora of beach gear - ensuring every adventure is a success!

Updated and boasting three levels of living, Bay Watch is a place of pure peace and warm welcomes. The home's gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pleasant breakfast area. From here, the open floor layout flows into the large living room and onto the deck. Rest assured that your relaxation is always catered to, both on the oversized sofa in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom provides its own haven with incredible water views and a spacious en suite bathroom.

Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

As the sun begins to set over Calico Creek/Calico Bay, fire up the grill and end your evening under the stars, gathered around the firepit.

The property was not cleaned well at all, there was countless dirty dishes and silverware put away in the drawers and cabinets. The bedsheets were made but not cleaned, we found clipped fingernails under the comforter in one of the rooms. There was a yellow pee stained comforter just jumbled up in the closet of the master bedroom. There was a dead roach in the kitchen when we arrived, and there was roach poop all in the cabinets and drawers of the kitchen. Its also worth noting that the floors of the main kitchen level are seperating vinyl plank floors with big gaps in between the planks. The views were very nice on the second and third floors, however they fail to include in the pictures the dilapidated abandoned house 20 feet from the back of the house that blocks or ruins a lot of the views. As well as the massive house being constructed behind the property. The amenities are decent, they have 2 kayaks that you can use that arent in the best condition as well as 5 beach chairs for use. You'll have to reach out to the vacation property manager though as the provided codes for the shed do not work. Overall the house was decent just very poorly taken care of and we will not be staying there again. Its not worth the price they are charging.

Great trip!

A very nice home with two bedrooms on the top floor and a kids room on the bottom floor. Nicely kept. Great feel. With 5 adults we did run out of hot water. Oops. Elevator was a nice surprise. Easy walk to the restaurants in the evening. Close drive to Fort Macon and Beaufort for the ferry. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The beds need new mattresses. The king size bed was very firm and worn. The queen bed was very firm. Did not use the bunk beds. The couch cushions had stains on them as well as the recliner. The recliner shows signs of wear. We couldn’t get the code to work in the front door so we used the key. Other than that the home was fabulous, next door neighbors dog barks very early in the morning. Wished the park next door would have been mowed. Would stay again but additional fees charged by Vacasa are ridiculous. Other companies do not charge the extra fees. I’ve had this happen once before with Vacasa. Will not rent any property affiliated with Vacasa because of the additional fees charged by them.

A beautiful place to stay in front of the water!

The house is pretty big, and has many windows to enjoy the view. Thoughtful amenities are plentiful, and if you follow the rules, you will have a great stay.

Bay Watch

We will be back! This more than met our expectations. The location was in the perfect spot, minutes away from everything in Morehead City as well as Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. The amenities were just as listed. The home was perfect for renters, there was some wear on the most used items like the couch and chair, this is expected from a highly used rental. Home was very clean and in great shape. My dog quickly learned how to go up and down steps as we do not have them at home. She loved all the people and dogs that would take their evening walks down the road and became besties with the neighbor dog. The bikes were perfect for an evening ride and the park right beside the property felt like an extension of the yard. The elevator worked great for luggage and rides to the third floor when we ate too much at dinner! We could not have asked for a better place to spend the weekend and look forward to renting again when we are back in Morehead City!

Home Has It All

Well thought out home rental with perfect kitchen layout and fully equipped. Bathrooms fully equipped and plenty of them! Nice laundry room. Great beds. Clean. Easy to operate and convenient elevator. Excellent master bedroom shower! Well laid out. Great water view.

Short Visit

We were in Morehead City to visit with my daughter’s fiancée. The house was as described and clean. The bed in the master had not been made, but the sheets and comforter were there and clean. We had a little difficulty with the number pad to get in, but in the long run it worked and was fine. Overall it was a good visit and nice place for our stay.

Great place

This was a spacious house the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor were very spacious and the bunk bed on the 1st fl were very comfortable. This house has an elevator in it so if the stairs are a problem you have that. It has everything you forgot so don’t worry about not having a cooking item because they have it here. It is very peaceful very calming ,

Seafood not Turkey

Biking and kayaking are great options. Kayaks were larger than expected so we could not use:( Views were fantastic. Freshest seafood on the grill cannot be beat! Elevator is very convenient. Decor gave a very nice ambiance to the entire house.
