Your 3-bedroom townhome is more than just a vacation home; it's an immersive experience. Picture yourself cooking in a complete themed kitchen. In the living room, beyond the TV, enjoy the comfort of cozy sofas and immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere with two arcades at your disposal.

Upstairs, your journey continues with three incredible bedrooms. The master bedroom transports you to the magical world of Mickey and Minnie, featuring a king-size bed that brings your dreams to life.

The second bedroom is an ode to the Harry Potter universe, with a queen-size bed inviting you to get lost in enchanting stories. And for Star Wars fans, the third bedroom offers two single beds, providing an entire galaxy of adventures for the little ones or the young at heart.

The entire house has high-speed Wi-Fi coverage and central air conditioning. A dishwasher for all your needs, a washer and dryer, plus plenty of utensils and appliances to make you feel at home.

House rules:
When making your reservation, you agree to all our rules:

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
- Pets are not allowed on our property; if anyone violates this rule, there will be a fine of R$ 500.00.
- We will also have a fine (US$ 1,000.00) if the NO SMOKING rule is not followed on our property.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If guests hold a party or other event, a charge of US$ 800 will be applied, and they will be removed from the property without a refund.
- Child-friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILDPROOF.
It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
- Food or drink is not allowed in the bedrooms.
- There will be a charge of US$ 12.00 for any damaged towel.
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Any late check-out after 10:01 AM will incur a fee of R$ 100.00.
If the guest exceeds 11:00 AM without authorization, an additional fee of US$ 200.00 per hour will be applied.
** Any minute exceeded will be charged the full value of the hour.
We apologize for this, but we need enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.
