Grab you're whole family and come by to visit this spacious and well equipped home in a quiet, and safe neighborhood quite close to Notre Dame Campus!

The kitchen is well equipped and spacious to be sure meal times are easy and fun.

The backyard is fully fenced in, so bring your furry friend along and be certain they have plenty of room to play.

There are also ample places for relaxing, sitting, reading, or tuning into your favorite shows, with 5 big screen smart-televisions throughout the home.


Please be mindful of the neighbors, and respect our quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. Any loud music or events stretching later than this is a violation of our house rules, and disrespectful to our neighbors. Thank you!

House fit our needs, but could use updates. Feels like furniture and decor is thrown together from thrift stores. Appreciated big table for family meals, but chairs were unstable and dirty. TVs worked great, as did laundry, and hot water was quick and plentiful. House was cold and never got to desired temperature (70). Would stay again, but not first choice.

Perfect location for our kids lacrosse tournament. The house was super spacious and had everything we needed. Grass needed to be cut and there were some big weeds but we weren’t there for the yard dĂ©cor lol Would stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Stayed with 8 other adults and a small child, and had plenty of space. House was set up nicely, and had great amenities. There were a lot of restaurant options and things to do nearby, which was nice. Would recommend.

My daughter is baton twirler who competed at National Competition held at Notre Dame. This house was immaculate. Roomy and met my family needs. Nice neighborhood and convenient location. I hope to stay there again next summer
