Lägenheten ligger i hjärtat av Condado med sina stränder, restauranger och aktiviteter inom gångavstånd.
Inredningen är modern men ändå varmt.
Ligger på en hög våningen, har det helrenoverats med panoramautsikt över Atlanten, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan och Ashford Avenue från alla rum. Vattnet Utsikten är hisnande på dagen och så spektakulärt på natten när Condados Ashford Avenue och San Juan levande. Sitt på balkongen på bekväma utemöbler och absorbera omgivningen medan du smuttar på en kall drink. Min lägenhet är centralt beläget och ligger inom gångavstånd till många fantastiska stränder och restauranger. Det ligger bara diagonalt från det nybyggda Condado Vanderbilt och Serafina Hotels, två kvarter från La Concha Hotel och ett kvarter från Ventana al Mar Park och sandig Condado Beach. Du befinner dig i hjärtat av Condado och inom gångavstånd till allt. Några av de andra lokala bekvämligheterna är hotell, kasinon, barer, nattklubbar, restauranger och shoppingområden. Kajakpaddling, Paddle Boarding och andra vattensport uthyrning finns i lagunen. Stormarknader och apotek ligger också i närheten. Offentlig transport (buss eller hytt) kan ta dig till Old San Juan vilket är mindre än en 10 minuters resa.

Clean and comfortable, close to everything.

This condo is super clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The property manager met us upon arrival to provide details about the unit. The unit is centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants.

Amazing location and view

Maritza was amazing with communicating, even when I forgot to message her prior to arrival. She was very attentive and the room was as described, amazing view, steps from the beach in Condado. I would stay here for future trips.

Me and my significant other loved our stay at this contemporary condo. The amazing views of the ocean and lagoon are beautiful. The condo was clean and everything went well. Me and my woman felt safe and comfortable. Totally recommend! Thanks Anthony and Maritza for everything! anyoneanyone

Nice spot

Wonderful Time In PR

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was outstanding! The pictures are accurate and the location is ideal. The beach is across the street surrounded by excellent dining options and the manatees in the lagoon to the left of the building are quite entertaining. We highly recommend the unit! Plus the property manager is simply the best!

Perfect Location

So I will give my complete and honest review. Let me first say the location is perfect. As a first time traveler to San Juan I wasn’t too sure where to stay. I’m glad I picked this spot as it was close to everything we were looking for as far as Beach, Restaurants, easy access to Old San Juan, etc. Very Secure stay which we loved and the views were stunning. Now for the cons, and let me be clear I am not a person that needs everything perfect when traveling as I have stayed in tents outdoors. The condo is beautiful, some things that are probably beyond the owner’s control that we noticed but some things that could be changed. We did notice the water pressure in shower was next to non existent, bed was very uncomfortable, coffee maker had a strong chemical taste even after attempting 3-4 different brews, and lastly we did find roaches twice during our stay.Now the only thing that bothered us the most, were the bugs, otherwise I think some of the other things can be easily addressed and I’m sure will be. We would definitely rent again as the owners and Maritza were fantastic with communication.

Couples vacation to San Juan

My partner and I stayed in this lovely vacation rental for a week and had a wonderful experience! Maritza picked us up from the airport, got us checked in and settled, and even gave us recommendations for food and activities! The location was very convenient and we were able to walk or (cheaply) uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I would change about our stay is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable place and great location!

It’s a nice place and comfortable. The owner and property manager were available and easy to get ahold of. Owner gave us great tips of places to go and Puerto Rico in general. Too much to do for one visit. I appreciated that there are plenty of clean towels too, and the AC worked great. The view is amazing- there are windows on two sides of the condo and different water views. Sliding glass door is ocean, and living and bedroom are lagoon. The building is right there! The condo is very quiet, which we really appreciated.

I could have stayed here forever

I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance along with 2 nice beaches that are within a 15 min walk. The lagoon & ocean views are incredible I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean every morning & every night. What you see in the photos is exactly what it looks like, the owner has done a good job with this place; I can’t wait to come back.The only negative is the parking, 20 a day & the parking spots are extremely tight parking my rental car was a pain in the butt. During the week there are businesses operating in the lower floors of the building & there is a valet parking service that overloads the parking. There were times when I had to wait for them to move 5 or more cars just so I could get out & times when there was no space to park. There is a parking lot next to the building that my end up be being more convenient to park in I’m not sure if it will be cheaper but will definitely be less of a pain in the butt.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for us. The view was breathtaking from all of the windows. We could see manatees in the lagoon and we could watch the waves breaking in the ocean. The place was extremely secure. The property manager was delightful. The mattress was so comfortable that I ordered two of them for our house. Easy walking distance to our favorite places to eat and snorkel. We will be back soon!

Beautiful views, Excellent location

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Amazing views and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and other resorts/hotels etc. Property manager was very responsive to texts. The only negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean and the shower pressure was extremely poor due to a dirty/clogged shower head. Otherwise, no complaints.

Amazing location!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! We used Ubers and it was always very easy for us to be picked up and dropped off our front of the building. The beach and lagoon views are absolutely gorgeous. The beach is a little bit wild and not great for swimming, but you are located just a 7 minute Uber drive to a beautiful, calm beach. It’s also close to Walmart, and Old San Juan. The property manager was so helpful and her responses were very quick. She was waiting for us with the keys when we got to the property. I would absolutely stay here again!

San Juan Vacation 6-1 to 6-08 2024

Overall we were pretty happy with the condo & location. The only negative unfortunately is the parking situation. Spaces are very tight and you are contending with businesses that are located in the same complex and people off the street. Several times we were blocked in and we had to wait to move vehicles so we could leave. Other than that we were very happy with everything else. Anthony the owner and Martiza the property manager we're excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place but consider other parking arrangements as a backup if you rent a vehicle.

The ABSOLUTE Best location!!!

We really loved the location and the condo. It won’t be our last time here. We will be back and rent this condo if available. The views were amazing of the lagoon and the ocean. If you were to rent here, you DEFINITELY wouldn’t be disappointed. The couple of things that I rated 4 stars were very minor things. It’s the over all that matters. Thank you Anthony (owner) and Maritza (property mgr) for an outstanding stay. We’ll be back. Note: the parking is $15.00 per day (private garage parking). Until next time!!!

Absolutely loved it!!

From beginning to end, everything was perfect! Anthony was very easy to communicate with and replied quickly. He even sent me suggested places to eat and things to do. The description of the condo was accurate along with all the amenities. All we needed to bring was our clothes, toiletries and food to cook. It was the perfect location and walking distance to a lot of places to eat, shops, bars, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be back! Thank you Anthony and Debbie for allowing us into your home! And thank you Maritza for all your help. We rented a car but definitely would have had Maritza taking us around.
