We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the essentials—and even a few extras—that made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail seemed carefully considered.The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot.We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Daniel was a great host. The property is as described. Beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood, walkable to various activities, restaurants, shops, in all directions. Property had multiple levels of security features. Gated, keyed front lobby door and keyed elevator to floor. No issues and would definitely stay here again.

The property manager was readily available and very courteous. The location is perfect and in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants and a supermarket, el Condado, the beach and a short uber or lyft ride to points of interests including El Viejo San Juan. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Must stay apartment!

We arrived very late and the owners made the check-in process very easy for us. They were so friendly and provided suggestions for restaurants and beaches in the area. The unit was clean and exactly as described. It is conveniently located to walk to restaurants, stores, and grocery store. We highly recommend this property when visiting Puerto Rico.

Comfortable apartment great location

Our hosts Daniel and Jacqueline’s apartment was across the hall from ours. They were very helpful with suggestions and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was clean and well furnished in all respects. We enjoyed the balcony. The apartment is well located in the walkable Condado neighborhood. We will return in the future.

Our favorite place in Condado

We have stayed in this apartment at least four times which is a good indication of how much we like the place. The host Daniel is a great, hospitable host and the neighbor is safe and you can find everything walking distance, from grocery store to good restaurants, beach and even a hospital. We just love it!

Truly Exceptional Host! 10 out of 10 stars!

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I want to say from start to finish, Daniel was an AMAZING host! Great communication the entire way! He was in contact with me my entire travel day there and told me how to get hold of him if I had any delays.He made sure that I knew how to get to his place from the airport once I landed, met me once I got there, walked me through the whole condo complex, how to get around in my rental car, how to get around if I wanted to walk, made suggestions of where to eat depending on what type of food I liked, where to get groceries, where to get gas, how to get hold of him if any issues, etc.I told him that I had to go to the other side of the island the next couple days and he texted me suggested places to stop along the way. He didn't have to do most of this in my opinion, but it just shows that he cares about being a great host!I see why every others who stayed here rated their stay a 10/10. I would also rate my stay as a 10/10 and would DEFINITELY recommend anyone staying in the San Juan area to stay at Daniel's place. The next time I return to San Juan, I will be staying here if available for sure!Thank you for everything Daniel and Happy Holidays to you and your family!

Four Lovely Days

Daniel's apartment was perfect for our two couples to stay while exploring San Juan. Ten minutes from the airport. Short walks to great restaurants and groceries, and easy access to Old San Juan. Every evening we came home to a lovely, clean, and comfortable refuge. Access to parking made it easy. Daniel is a gem. So friendly and very responsive. Thank you Daniel!

Second time in this condo, and excellent as the first time. Excellent location and a very quiet and safe condo building. The hosts,Daniel and Jacquelin are excellent. Always available for any help you might need. Location is perfect to enjoy the tourist sections of San Juan and Condado. But at the same time in a very nice residential area of San Juan.
