Beautiful and stylish 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with separate guest house. Private fully fenced in, tastefully furnished backyard with heated pool sitting/social area, games and more. Located two short blocks from âThe Aveâ where youâll find premier restaurants, shops, parks, marina, markets and nightlife. Home is 1/2 mile from our infamous beach.
