The quintessential Sunshine State home, Salty Air Retreat is located mere steps from the beach! Maximizing your time on the area's waterways, bring your own boat or jet ski as the home is one canal over from the intercoastal waterway and has a private boat dock. When you aren't gliding across the gleaming water, host an entertaining afternoon for your loved ones amongst the backyard's heated pool, tiki bar, gas grill, and outdoor games. When you'd prefer to do some sightseeing, hop on the provided bikes and explore Saint Augustine's numerous parks, restaurants, and shops.

When you need a break from the sun, the air-conditioned interior of your retreat will welcome you with open arms. Updated and bright, the spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. When you aren't tuned into your favorite show or movie, engage in some playful competition over a board game. Steps away, the home's full kitchen boasts all of the amenities you need to whip up delicious dishes including a full suite of appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, and a microwave.

After indulging in your culinary creations, head for the nine-foot shuffleboard, dartboard, and Miss Pac-Man machine in the game room. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, you'll be pleased to find a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

A restful night's slumber is guaranteed as you tuck under the soft linens in each of the four bedrooms come nightfall.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests can bring their own boat or jet ski up to 26 feet.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
