This newly remolded entire home is centrally located in Salt Lake Valley, walking distance to various restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and shops. It is about 20 to 30 mins driving to 4 world class ski resorts, Salt Lake City international airport & Salt Lake downtown, and 40 mins driving to Park City.

This home is located in a cul-de-sac, the right unit of a twin home with its own back yard, parking carport & driveway. The living room and kitchen are on the main floor. There are 6 steps going upstairs for 2 bedrooms and 6 steps down for the other two bedrooms. The laundry is at the downstairs.

This place was newly remolded featuring quartz countertop and new appliances. Its 2 bathrooms have walk-in showers. It offers 1st bedroom with a king-size bed, 2nd with a queen-size bed, 3rd room has 2 twin-size and the other with bunkbed, all with good size closet.

Perfect Stay

We spent a long weekend in the duplex and it served our needs well. We were two couples coming to town for a family celebration in Sandy. Entry was easy with the code lock. We arrived after dark, and the thermostat was set to away, which we didn’t notice and had to do some figuring out before the home was warm. The efficiency kitchen has sufficient set ups for 4, and there were a few keurig pods to get us started. It’s just a short trip for groceries. Beds were comfortable, and there were a few extra blankets. The home has very easy access to the major roads, so easy to get around Salt Lake. We would definitely stay again.

Great home close to ski slopes

We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had an amazing time. We came from San Diego to ski and this house is centrally located to all slopes and shops. The host Wendy was super super accommodating. I highly suggest this home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have owned this place for long time and it was always for long term rental. This is most convenient located with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores, etc. and is in the center of Salt Lake Valley. It is also very close to ski resorts, Salt Lake International airport. After previous tenants moved out, we remodeled the entire place and it looked so nice and we decided to give a shot of trying short term rental.
