Come relax in this fully renovated 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment. You are 1 house away from the waterfront park and a 30 second drive to downtown with everything Biddeford has to offer. Take a 1 minute drive to Saco, a 5 minute drive to Old Orchard Beach, or a 20 minute drive into Portland.

The apartment offers 2 full-size beds, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and central heating and AC. Book today for 2 nights or 2 months as extended stays are welcome with discounts offered. Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We will be readily available and happy to help with anything you need. We use self-check-in for all guests but we make sure to touch base with them upfront as well as after their stay. We are only a text or phone call away if you need us.

The apartment was really cute and perfect for us and my dog and near great hiking/walking trails and walking downtown is nice with a few dog friendly stores even

Totally Fine, But…

I wish I had seen the review from the person who mentioned accessibility. My mom has disabilities and it was very difficult for her to get in- the street is on a steep slope, or there are back entrance stairs. And inside, the stairs were hard for her too. Totally fine for my dad and me.The neighborhood obviously isn’t in anyone’s control. We stayed three nights and on two of those, there were people outside just screaming throughout the night. Kids down the street ran out in the street without looking and left their stuff in the middle of the street. Again, not the host’s fault, just FYI.

An old house, but nice

The house is old, and located on the outskirts of a gentrifying area, but no one ever gave us any problems, and the house was warm in the winter. The host was very fast to respond to email and solve any issues that arise.

Nice. But.

Nice place but for my coworker who is a bit limited in his physical abilities entrance here was hard. Steep slope up to get to the front door and steep steps upstairs to the bedrooms. No problem for me. Internet is not included. Television is Roku only with limited chanels. Not a problem for me as I didn’t watch any. He would have liked it if regular TV was available. Parking vegetation needs to be trimmed significantly as the overgrown stuff impedes passenger entrance and exits. I had to let him out prior to parking. Only one parking space and be very careful backing out. Wall juts up at the road. Easy to hit. So pay attention. Last house on the left. Lots of kids playing on the street so take it slow. I’d stay here again. Funky cool neighborhood. For me.

Great location close to downtown

We chose this spot because we wanted to bring our two dogs and it was a great location! It was myself, my spouse, my toddler, and the two dogs and there was plenty of space. The inside is nicely decorated and there's a full kitchen for cooking. We walked downtown for dinner most nights and there is a great selection of restaurants within walking distance, as well as coffee and bakeries. The floors in the building are a little wonky but overall it's a nice place. We had an issue with the sink and tub being backed up and the host immediately sent a plumber and it was repaired within a few hours. Highly recommend this spot!
