Other amenities include a 44 slip protected deep water marina, tennis courts, Indoor Pickle Ball Court, Outdoor Pickle Ball, a fitness center, recreational room, a Club House, and a 2,000 square foot catering hall with a commercial grade kitchen which is available for rental for weddings and other occasions.

No pets allowed. Only certified service animals. The association does need a copy of the certification. There is no charge for a service animal.
