Located near the Arizona Snow Bowl Ski Resort, this luxury multi-million dollar majestic mountain retreat offers 1st class accommodations for your family with easy access to the Arizona Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona and more!
Enjoy the cool pine air at an elevation of over 7000'. Incredible location that provides a convenient staging point to explore Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams, Northern Arizona University, Downtown Flagstaff, Bearizona, Meteor Crater and so much more! The home is minutes away from restaurants, shopping, NAU, Fort Tuthill, Coconino County Fairgrounds, and downtown Flagstaff.
Note: This is NOT a party house. Guest entry is monitored by exterior security cameras along with owner living nearby. If more people are observed at property than what is on the reservation, guest will be subject to additional $200 fee per person and/or termination of rental.
This is a PET FREE property. Pets brought without approval is subject to immediate rental termination and a $500 pet cleaning fee.

Bedroom 2: Upgraded Queen Bed)
Loft: Sleeper Sofa (queen size futon) and two pullout sleeper chairs (small kid size) The sleeper chairs are too small for adults or larger kids.
Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (queen size futon)
There are 2.5 bathrooms.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in yard, patio, gas grill, patio furniture, forest views, gorgeous views of the San Francisco Peaks and Mount Humphries.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, dining table, modern decor, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Stainless steel Italian Bertazzoni high-end appliances, dishwasher, bar seating, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, spices, toaster, cooking basics, dish ware & flatware
GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heating, washer & dryer, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, keyless entry
