The best views of Arenal Volcano from a very comfortable villa, located just 2 miles from downtown La Fortuna and very close to all main tourist attractions. It features 3 bedrooms with A/C unit, 2.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing PRIVATE HEATED POOL (31 to 33 Celcius / 87 to 92 Fahrenheit), BBQ area, laundry area (Washer and dryer) and private parking with electric gate. Great option for families, friends and couples traveling together.

Amazing property located just 2 miles from downtown La Fortuna with excellent view to Arenal Volcano and centrally located to enjoy all the attractions that La Fortuna has to offer.

The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, A/C unit and private bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King bed and A/C unit.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunk bed and A/C unit.
- Living room: Full sofa bed with ceiling fan.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (100 megabytes), laundry area (Washer and dryer), smart TVs, relaxing PRIVATE HEATED POOL (31 to 33 Celcius / 87 to 92 fahrenheit), BBQ area and green areas around the house, the property is totally gated with electric gate.

***Maximum people staying in the house is 10, however the base rate per night is for 6 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$20 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.

In case you are looking for a bigger space or 2 homes close by, we have another Villa just 1 block away with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to 8 people, it has a private pool too.

Gorgeous Graceland

The property is beautiful, definitely surpassed our expectations! There were two couples in our party so we only used the two bedrooms with King beds, but there was plenty of room for another adult couple or a few young children. While the property does advertise space for 10 guests, personally, I think 6 adults would be ideal as seating inside and outside for more than 4-6 could be tight. The pool is so nice and peaceful. Morning coffee by the pool watching the clouds float past the volcano was so relaxing - and just what we needed! The proximity to town/restaurants is great, but a bit too far to walk. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a great time playing in the pool and really enjoyed the outdoor space. We even had friends over for a BBQ.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely time at Graceland. There were two families of 4 with young children at the house and we found the space to be great for our group. We would have loved a couple more dish towels and bath towels, but really that just nit picky! The yard is beautifully landscaped and you can tell a lot of love went into building the house and outdoor space.
