Affordable, Luxury Resort condo w/ AC @ Kam III Beach
Aloha from Maui.
Our beautiful, spacious, Resort Condo is located at Kamaole III Beach Park...one of Maui's finest swimming and snorkeling beaches! The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach gear, very comfy king bed, and a spacious private lanai.
Our resort features 2 pools, jacuzzi's, tennis court, an exercise room, and several convenient BBQ areas.
A great selection of shops, restaurants, beaches and activities are located just steps away.
Although we are new on VRBO, we have have been renting for our condo for 17 years, and have 100's of reviews (with an average of almost 5 stars) on other major travel sites.
Our condo has been renovated and features: fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi, Cal King Bed w/ ensuite bath, 2nd full bathrooms, fold out queen sleeper sofa in the living room, in-house washer and dryer, Tommy Bahama beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler), cable TV w/ surround and more.
Our condo is most comfortable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 young children, or 3 adults.
You will have access to all our condo and lanai, which is approx 900 sq ft , and all resort amenities, which include: pools, jacuzzis, BBQ areas, fitness center, tennis courts, 24/7 front desk attendant, and weekly pool party with Hawaiian music.
Summer Note: We have 2 new AC units in our condo, including one in the master bedroom (along with a ceiling fan) to keep you cool on the warmest nights.
Taxes for all hotels and condos on Maui is: Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, Maui Transient Accommodation Tax of 3.0 %, Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.167%. There is a one time cleaning fee of $165, which is our actual cost.
The front desk will charge a Resort Fee at check-in, which is $40 for the first night and $3 per night thereafter. (FYI - Resort fees are standard in Hawaii and average approx $40/day at the large resorts)
