Located on scenic Seabrook Island, this beautiful 4 bedroom on Baywood Drive is the perfect spot for your next Charleston beach and golf vacation. Situated near the center of the island, it has fantastic golf course views overlooking the tee box of hole #7 and the green of #6 on Crooked Oaks Golf Course, an expansive screened porch, access to club pools & amenities, and is an easy bike ride to the beach and the equestrian center!
The expansive windows and open lay-out of the main living spaces allows natural light to flow easily throughout the home. Much care and attention went into the modern, upscale design, yet it still manages to feel comfortable and inviting. The contemporary kitchen features a large central island with seating which is great for entertaining, upgraded appliances, and even a butlers pantry for added storage and prep space.
Three of the bedrooms, including the king primary suite, are located on the main first floor, while the unique fourth bedroom is found just up the stairs. This bedrooms doubles as sleeping space and a second living room & entertainment area. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a half bath for guests on the main floor.
For a little added fun, there is a billiards room with pool table and when it's time to relax, the screened-in porch with ample seating will be your go-to. Take in the special sights and sounds of Seabrook Island while having your coffee or wine on either porch or take to the open-air deck to grill out and dine with golf course views.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.
To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
