2258 Rolling Dunes is a lovely North Beach vacation home in an exceptional Seabrook Island location just a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boasts beautiful updates throughout with a workstation for working from the beach, a screened porch, open deck and BBQ grill for outdoor living, and amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club.
This North Beach vacation home offers exceptional value for 4 bedrooms and amazing beach proximity. This reverse floor plan features the living areas upstairs. The living room has hardwood flooring and soaring, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan for great air circulation. The sofas are super comfortable and the huge HDTV offers Comcast cable channels with DVD and enhanced sound for fun movie nights and exciting sports program viewing. The deck off the living area is a great place to relax and catch ocean breezes. The kitchen is nicely updated and has everything you need for in house dining. There are two dining areas, an eat-in kitchen table and a larger table in the dining area with a pass through to the kitchen. A full size washer/dryer is conveniently located on the lower level.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious suite on the upper level with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a beautiful, custom tile shower and double vanities. The additional bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed and offers a nicely appointed private bath with a tub/shower, bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, a TV and screened porch. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower.
Enjoy an open deck off the living room with outdoor seating, a gas grill for family cookouts and a screened porch off the twin bedroom. This North Beach home rental is a quick walk to the beach or bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the islandâs Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
