Take in the mesmerizing views of the intracoastal waterway as you relax on the plush furnishings. For remote work requirements, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available, complete with a delightful window view and ample natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING
Just off the living room, prep and cook your delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Discover a unique selection of small kitchen appliances, including milkshake maker, waffle-maker, griddle/panini-maker, toaster, and a blender.

Grab your morning coffee from the dual-function Keurig coffeemaker with your choice of drip or pod coffee. You’ll find all coffee and tea supplies here and plenty of inviting spots in which to sip them.

OUTDOORS
While outside, enjoy a world of relaxation, play, and refreshment among the outdoor amenities, including saltwater pool (pool heating available at $65/day or $360/week) and hot tub. Stretch out on deluxe canopied poolside sun-loungers and other seating, with umbrella available.

Gather the group to play outdoor games – cornhole, Giant Dice, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4 – and a full bocce court!

Naturally, you’ll want to spend time at the beach a block away and will love the convenience of host-provided beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and a beach wagon to tote them all. Please note, the dunes in Florida are very high so the boardwalk out to the beach has many stairs, up and down over the dunes. This is to help protect the beaches from erosion with hurricanes. We highly recommend using backpack totes and backpack coolers to carry your items to the beach.

Bring your own boat and launch it at the dock just 350 feet away from the home.

In the evening, enjoy laughing, telling stories, and making memories around the firepit table.

GAMEROOM
Back indoors, have a blast in the game room with fun Pac-Man mural, vintage arcade games, karaoke machine, pool table that converts to a ping-pong table, ring darts, plus a large selection of board games and a Smart TV. You’ll find seating areas here, too, including a high-top table for enjoying snacks and beverages.

After a full day at the beach or exploring all the St. Augustine area has to offer – or just hanging out and enjoying all the fun and relaxation at After Hours – head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of 4 bedrooms, all with TVs and ceiling fans.

PRIMARY SUITE
The primary suite on the second story offers a beachy vibe with bamboo bed frame and palm-frond feature wall. Here, you’ll find a king bed, flanked by oversized nightstands with lamps. You’ll also have a side chair and access to the second-story porch with seating area. Storage is provided by a dresser/armoire, closet, and the oversized nightstands. Wind down to sleep watching the 43” ROKU TV. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with shower and double-sink vanity with large mirror and excellent lighting, as well as all bathroom essentials.

BEDROOM TWO
Bedroom two is also on the second floor and offers a king bed, beachy feel, and access to the second-story porch. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 43” smart TV. For storage, you’ll find a closet and small nightstand.

BEDROOM THREE
The second-floor’s bedroom three provides a queen bed nestled into a recessed mini-alcove for a cozy feel. Enjoy watching the 32” TV from bed. A dresser provides storage.

BEDROOM FOUR/FIRST FLOOR
An excellent choice for kids, teens, or a small family seeking privacy is bedroom four, a converted mother-in-law suite on the first floor with easy access to the pool. Discover a twin-on-twin bunkbed and futon that folds into a full-size bed. Inhabitants of this room will enjoy watching their own programming on the 43” TV, along with use of full kitchenette w/a sink, coffee maker, slushie-maker, and refrigerator. A closet and small nightstand provide storage. The room comes with a full bathroom with oversized shower with dual shower heads, conveniently located by the back sliding door so beach-and-pool-goers can shower off before entering the rest of the house.

SECONDARY BATHROOMS
Refresh and rejuvenate in your choice of two standalone bathrooms, one on each upper floor:
– Second-floor full bathroom with shower-tub combination and large vanity with ample storage
– Third-floor full bathroom with a walk-in shower, right off the kitchen.

LAUNDRY ROOM
You’ll love the convenience of the laundry room on the second floor with a washer and dryer, as well as starter supplies of detergents.

You’ll be just one block (less than 5 minutes walking distance) from the beach, and historic downtown St. Augustine is 15 minutes down A1A. You’ll find plentiful local dining and attractions, including the Alligator Farm, the Saint Augustine, lighthouse, and much more Please be aware, there are steps on the board walk out to the beach. After Hours is located just one block (3-minute walk) from the Intercostal Waterway with a public boat ramp access. Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, architecture, food and craft cocktails, and all that this pleasant waterfront town has to offer.

• There are two exterior cameras: one positioned above the front door monitoring the entrance, and another on the exterior stairs with a view of the pool. These cameras are utilized solely for insurance and safety purposes and are not monitored unless a safety concern or neighbor complaint arises.
