Welcome to A Wave From It All at the Beach Club Villas, a beautiful beach retreat located in the gated community at the Sawgrass Country Club.You will have access to a private beach that only club members have access to.You are steps away from this beautiful private beach.Come take a scroll & put your toes in the sand in the earlier morning hours while waiting for the sunrise on one side & views of the million dollar homes on the other.Everything you need is right here in this ground floor condo

Please be aware that the private amenities at the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to guest/vacationers such as (tennis, golf, restaurant, beach club etc.) You do have access to the community pools that are near by.

This is a ground-level unit for easy convenience and easy access.

The front door is equipped with a modern electronic lock. For your security, a unique access code is freshly created and changed for every guest, which will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

Clean and cozy! Great location a short walk from the beach and a great place for exploring Jax and St Augustine. Melissa was super responsive and my wife and I will definitely check out this place again for our future visits!

First of all, Melissa, the host, is readily available and responds to you right away. The condo is clean, fairly updated, is fully equipped with anything you might need. It is close to Jacksonville/Beach and very close to St Augustine and the many things Ponte Vedra has to offer. The host thought of extras like beach chairs, a sun hat, beach towels and more.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, upscale gated community. Check in was very easy. The condo felt incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom, beachy coastal decor, and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to make breakfast and coffee each morninng. Everything was spotless, and the location near the beach access was ideal. PVB is our favorite area of first coast beaches to stay in, and we look forward to returning!

Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

The property is wonderful, perfect location, well maintained, and spotless. Communication with the owner was fantastic, extremely responsive. Highly recommended, particularly for a long weekend.

Fabulous spot just steps from the beach

This spot gives a whole new meaning to the term, "Short walk to the beach." The beach (the sand itself, not the parking lot) is literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. So, this very nice and very clean condo is extremely convenient. I would recommend it to anybody.

The clubhouse is not included in the rental because there is a waitlist to join and the membership is $75k to join. They also don’t accept cash when you visit and everything is charged to the owner. So it wouldn’t work for renters to use.
