the bo-ho house was very roomy plenty of space for the 2 of us and our dog 2 nice size bedrooms very clean the neighbor was awesome to talk to very friendly the host was awesome as well very responsive no problems what so ever i appreciate the kindness showed it made our visit to FL more than worth it the location was perfect for our family visits thank you so much so happy that it was pet friendly our fur baby comes everywhere with us the fenced in back yard was great highly recommend this propertyit was a full moon when we stayed hence the pictures and it’s very close to the ocean the east coast was so absolutely beautiful we had awesome weather

The place was perfect for what I needed. A great kitchen and a lovely back porch sitting area… where I spent most of the time. The place is stylishly decorated with a nod toward nature. Carly was very responsive.

This is a lovely and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The host responds quickly to any questions and the home is clean, well-stocked, and decorated in a cute Boho chic design. I loved the salt rock lamps that provide a soft, warm glow creating an inviting atmosphere and acting as the perfect night lights that aren't distracting.

Comfy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Short drives to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Host was quick to respond to any issues and was quite helpful.

Everything was warm, inviting and comfortable for our stay. Carly was communicative and accommodating. The house was close to Target and other restaurants/shopping centers with plenty of coffee. We loved the backyard and screened porch area full of beautiful plants. The doodle enjoyed as well.

Charming bungalow

This was a fantastic property and turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, quiet, charming, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided very helpful communications. She was wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Carlee was amazing. She was there always to answer my questions! The house had all of the accommodations that you would have at home. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to the grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and the Mayo Clinic! If I ever have to come back, I will definitely book with Carlee.

Superb experience

Carly was highly communicative and welcoming. The place was in top-top shape and within a few miles of the beach. We enjoyed having the fenced in yard for our pooch. A property and owner!!

The host was welcoming, communicated before arrival and provided codes to enter before hand with ample time. The location was close to Mayo Clinic wich was the purpose of this stay. It was also close to beaches and centrally located near food and other shopping. Areas that dampened the experience was the smell of the septic on the grounds, and at one point in the house. Also, the kitchen lighting was dim.

This little duplex is very cute. The dog-friendliness and location were the biggest draw for us, and it was very satisfactory on both accounts. Carly even provides plenty of furniture covers in case you forgot yours. The little yard was just right for potty breaks and afternoon zoomies (small dog owners will want to check the fence line before taking their dogs out, though, as there are some warped boards. The neighborhood was great for dog walking, as well. There is plenty of room for dog crates in each bedroom.This rental is more ideally suited for couples. The gathering spaces do not have enough comfortable seating for four people, though some may be comfortable sitting at the dining room table. Bring extra chairs if you enjoy sitting on the porch. The small kitchen is stuffed with appliances, pots, pans, etc.; you'll just need to negotiate cooking and prep times with each other. The refrigerator could have been more clean.The guest bedroom bed was too soft for us, but others may like that. The master was very nice. All of the linens were very nice!The guest bathroom shower is in need of repair or replacement, but it worked fine. The sink is huge.Overall, it's a very nice place for couples with dogs who want to be close to a beach.
