Had a great time! Its very close to Johns pass and across the street from the beach. The condo had everything we needed. The wagon was very helpful with getting all our stuff to the beach.

Great location

We spent two weeks mid Feb. location was great. We were able to walk to John’s Pass easily and to the beach across the street. Many businesses were open which was great to see. Our room was nice and clean except for the couch was very saggy but lots of beach equipment. The second bedroom was very small and no window. The pool is in a parking lot and very small. Not enough lounge chairs. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We would consider returning.

Perfect location!

This place was the perfect size for 4 of us. Enough space for all and two bathrooms is always great. Wonderful location and had everything we needed and more for enjoying the beach which was just steps away. Very nice pool and hot tub also! Property was very clean and well kept.

Great location!

The location being across from beach access and walking distance to John’s Pass was great. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need and the beach supplies were a good bonus. The beds aren’t the most comfortable. We appreciated very much that the property allows dogs, our pooch loved her time at the beach. We booked the property because of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the properly owner did not communicate that they were still down before we arrived. Owners of other units advised renters of the status. I fully understand the impacts of the hurricanes the region experienced but communicating with your renters is important. That said it was opened halfway through our stay.

Wonderful condo for a family getaway.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach and John’s Pass. It was myself, my 3 daughters and my grandson. Plenty of space and even included some beach gear. Nicely decorated, everything you need and comfortable.

Location! Location! Location!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay near all that John’s Pass has to offer plus the beach then you’ve found it. We walked everywhere. There is even a delicious Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel. The condo is clean and comfortable and we would absolutely return! Loved everything about this place! the owner is super friendly and helpful and responds quickly. We had zero issues or complaints with our stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very small unit but great location

This place is all about location. The place was definitely tiny and is a bit run down, all the basic needs in the kitchen. The management of the place was great and very friendly. All in all, very good vacation.

7 week stay

We rented this for 7 weeks. Family came and joined us for 1 week and so did some great friends for different weeks. This place was perfect for 4 people. Very well supplied for cooking at home. Was great to have beach gear. Provided,towels, chairs, umbrella, ect. Perfect location for any activity you want to do. Beach right across the street. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Front desk staff was also wonderful. I have no complaints. This was a great place to rent. We will be back. Tanya

We enjoyed our stay, however a little disappointed that the pool was closed due to repair. Dryer was broke but we were given access to a different one so that worked out. Location was perfect!

Family vacation

The place was comfortable, great location, but I booked it because we had our Grandchildren with us. They love the beach, but would rather swim in a pool, so we were very disappointed that the pool was being remodeled. I think they should have put that in the description, so people who want a place with a pool would know to choose another place

Staff was friendly, Check in was easy and quick. Nice location within a short walk to John’s Pass boardwalk. Second bedroom was very small. Living/kitchen area was small but comfortable. Our condo had all we needed including 2 nice beach chairs, umbrella and tent.

A bit of Paradise

Wonderful place although the pool was closed for repair. The beach right across the street, so that worked. Our room was on Gulf Blvd, 2nd floor, so it was quite noisy at times. The staff was fabulous and always there with a friendly smile and help if you nneded it. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Great

While we didn’t get off to a good start at check-in when we were not able to get into our unit until 6pm, the rest of the stay was great. Paul was great to work with and the condo was exactly as advertised. Our family appreciated the beach access directly across the street and easy walk to Johns Pass. We would definitely consider staying in this unit in the future.
