The space
Very short walking distance to Madeira Beach (literally only 1 block), this BRAND-NEW condo situated on the 3rd with 2 elevators for your convenience, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has all the comforts of a home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the balcony with access to the living area as well as the guest bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Quartz kitchen with new appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or a short walk to many local restaurants.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a workspace, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room also offers 1 full size bed and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle and both are twin size beds, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, 4 flat screen televisions, high speed internet, 2 elevators and 2 designated garage parking spot are also included. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Beach equipment and wagon are also provided for those frequent sunny beach days.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches and swimming pool, but also very near John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. It is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction.
