Rolig kÀrleksfull familj som först kom till bara för Disney och temaparker.

Kommer frÄn subzero Manitoba Àr vi fascinerade av tropiska platser och uppskattar det varma klimatet. Vi Àlskade det sÄ mycket att vi bara var tvungna att ha en plats.

Vi tittade över Kissimmee och fann att Encantada erbjöd mest.

VÄra tjejer Brittany och Andrea kan inte vÀnta med att ÄtervÀnda pÄ sommarlovet

Nyckelord: Njut av din egen privata pool bara nÄgra steg frÄn ditt hem. Resorten vid Encantada ligger bara nÄgra steg bort direkt bakom Townhouse. Den privata poolen Àr 22 'X 12'. Valfri poolvÀrme Àr tillgÀnglig och rekommenderas frÄn oktober till mars.

Disney World Àr en 10 till 15 minuters bilresa. Du kan faktiskt se fyrverkerierna evigt i fjÀrran.

Radhuset Àr komplett med kök, vardagsrum och matsal.
Levereras med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, strykbrÀda och strykjÀrn.
Köket har ett stort kylskÄp, spis, diskmaskin och mikrovÄgsugn. Komplett med bestick och vitvaror. SÀngklÀder och handdukar tillhandahÄlls.

Radhuset har ocksÄ luftkonditionering, kabel-TV, 5 plattskÀrms-LCD-TV, DVD, Vcr, trÄdlöst internet och gratis telefon till USA och Kanada. Vi har tvÄ leksaker för spÀdbarn. Vi har en spjÀlsÀng i full storlek i sovrummet nere.

Encantada Resort har massor av aktiviteter, tvÄ pooler, tvÄ badtunnor, spelarkadrum, gym, internetcafé, barnlekar, vandringsleder runt en sjö.

Family Vacation with Adult Kids

This is a good property for people who need lots of beds and baths. It fit our needs very well. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The host, Jeff, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. It is an older property with older furnishings, but everything was functional. There were a couple things worth mentioning. First is the cleanliness. It was tidy but not well cleaned. Sheets and towels smelled like they had been used and not washed. There were lots of hairs in them. We ended up washing them before using them. The second quirk was there was nothing providing for cleaning dishes, laundry or toilet paper. There was about 1/3 a roll of TP in two of the bathrooms. Jeff said he doesn’t provide these things, which is stated in the listing. I was not able to find that information in the listing so for anyone considering renting this property-plan on bringing some with or going to the store to buy some. Taking these things into consideration I would probably rent this property again. It is priced well for the age and condition, especially considering it has 3 full bathrooms.

Disney trip!

Everything was great! We all had a bed, which was a plus for our family. The location to Disney and places to eat was great! If you going to Disney and want to stay off of Disney property this place is great. Very clean! Private pool, was an added bonus! Only thing I would even say if you had a big family like us staying bring a few more towels or some laundry detergent to wash the ones they provide. (That is just a hint for other) If we in Orlando again we would stay here again anytime!

Excellent choice for family vacation
 close to parks and highway.

Jeff’s condo was the perfect fit for our family vacation to the Disney and Universal parks. there was lots of room to spread out and we loved having the pool right at our back door. We also took time to enjoy the lovely resort pools and clubhouse bar too. Jeff was the perfect host,very accommodating and quick to respond to our queries and needs. we would definitely come again.

Nice week long stay!

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids ranging 6-14. Also brought our 48 lbs dog. Plenty of room and the host was always quick to respond. Would for sure use it again. Close to a ton as well!

Family Vacation

Thank you for having such fantastic hospitality and great service.The townhome was very nice, relaxing and so spacious which made it so easy for us to fill welcomed. It was very very clean in every room of the home. We really did enjoy our stay. Great place to book for a family vacation!!! Family Disney Trip

We travelled with our family to take our 1.5, 3, and 4 year old to Disney for the first time. Everything was perfect for what we needed and we would definitely stay again.

Roomy and comfortable townhouse

This townhouse is in a very quiet small gated resort. The townhouse is located immediately adjacent to the Encantada Resort clubhouse and 2 very nice resort pools/hottubs. The townhouse has its own small pool that was great for our 3 granddaughters in between going right out the townhouses's screenroom door to the resort pools. Self check-in involved either 2 door keypad codes or a lockbox with keys. Neither of the codes worked but we got in fine with the keys that we used the rest of our stay (12 days). We had several immediate maintenance issues but these were resolved quickly in contact with the owner. Townhouse furnishings and decorations are dated but still fit our needs. The resort has a small snack bar/bar (inside and out by pool), but the operating hours (11 -5 except Tuesday and Wednesday) did not match our desired use. Jeff (owner) is a class act ..... responding well to any needs and in a very timely manner.

Very Disapointed

The problems began before we even left for our trip. I had to telephone VRBO to get the address of our condo. Once on the way, I had to call VRBO again to get the entry code for the entrance gate and the code to enter the condo. Two messages I sent to the host when unanswered. I felt this should have been sent to me when I paid for the condo. The next issue was grit on the bed sheets of the queen bed on the first floor. Fortunately, I had brought sheets in case we needed a blow up bed I had also brought. There was only ONE wash cloth for the downstairs bathroom and very few upstairs. We had to share! Very limited number of bath towels as well. We had to purchase toilet paper because all that was there was what was left on the roll. There wasn't a complimentary amount of laundry soap for at least one load. Needless to say, I won't stay here again when we come back in the Fall.

Fun in Florida

This place was perfect, location was great it was close to everything, restaurants, shopping and all the theme parks. we brought our dog a Jack Russell she loved to be walked around all the beautiful landscaped trails. we also enjoyed the screened in pool, it was clean refreshing and we used it every day, the best part was one end was shaded by a oak tree. It was a gated community so we felt safe. when we go back to Orlando I will definitely rebook. Jeff was the perfect host, he was always on call and responded quickly.

Relaxing getaway in beautiful community

Great host. Very responsive and helpful. Beautiful community with pools, nice walk around the pond, and fitness center. The private pool was relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. A few details need upgrading, but it was well worth the price.

Great accommodation’s and location.

House was in great condition and very clean. The location was ideal for our family vacation. Close to all Disney parks and had good restaurants nearby. Owner was in communication with us before our check in and provided all details including an early check-in. Rooms were large and comfortable. Couldn’t have been happier with our weeklong visit.

Very quiet! Perfect location with the community pool just steps outside the back door! Close to restaurants, stores, and parks. Communication was top notch with Jeff, very fast to answer questions and give feedback. Would highly recommend this property!

Family friendly comfortable home on resort

We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Jeff was an excellent host with great communication. We enjoyed the peaceful home location as well as this rental being very close to many attractions. The private pool was fun, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the rooms were spacious. This home is in close proximity to the resort pool, club house, gym and parking, which made this the perfect rental for our family. We look foward to returning.

We will be back. We really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us. We loved the pool and just overall being able to spend time as a family for a long weekend together. Most of our kids are grown, so this was definitely a treat for us to have quality time with them. Jeff was a superb host. The grounds are super clean. The condo was super clean and just an overall great experience. We would definitely book again for weekend getaways and for work (I’m a photographer and occasionally do work in Orlando and surrounding areas).

We looked all over Kissimme and found that Encantada offered the most.
