Family Vacation Heaven

The beach area was perfect.The unit was clean, and the complex was quiet. The family loved staying here, we will book again for our next stay in Destin.

Jessica was a wonderful host, she was quick to respond when we had questions and immediately resolved the one concern we had. The location of the condo was very convenient, close to all attractions and restaurants. The condo had all baking and cooking utensils/ware that we needed. Jessica provided necessities like paper towels, liquid dish soap, dishwasher packs, laundry soap, etc. The private boardwalk to the beach was perfect and the condo association also had a private beach area each day (which security actually enforced)-we were happy to learn there was a reliable place to rent beach chairs and umbrellas also if needed. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Pool was nicely taken care of and never over crowded. We loved our stay!

My family had a wonderful stay for Fall Break. The owners were so responsive with any question we had and the location was amazing! Being right across from the pool was great for our family and the short walk to the private beach was so nice! Our three younger children loved having a room that fit them all together! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Birthday vacation getaway

For the size of the group, it met our needs. We mainly just stayed on the property and relaxed. It wasn't crowded and it was overall peace and quiet.

We had an amazing time in Destin. Jessica was always available to answer any questions. Lots of things to do with in a few minute drive or short walk.

The trip was amazing. My family had an awesome stay at this unit. The owner was excellent, the communication and making sure we felt at home. We certainly did. The place was neat, clean and organized. We highly recommend this place for your next visit to Destin. Thank you very much it was a pleasure.

Perfect Beach Condo!

The property owner was so so nice and accommodating to our needs and responsive to any concern we had. The property was not far at all from the beach,3 min walk, which was so clean and beautiful! We also enjoyed the pool at the condos after rinsing off after going to the beach. This was a great rental for our family!

Exactly what we needed!

The layout fit us perfectly with the bunk beds. Shirt walk to beach. Host was great if i had any questions i didnt have to wait for a response. Would recommend 100% and we will most likely book this one again next year.

Early Season Destin Getaway

First off, Jessica is an outstanding host! She was always available and very responsive to our needs and requirements. Thank you!The property was great! If you are looking for a smaller rental that won't break the bank, this is the place. As such, it is a little off the beach, about a 6 minute walk, but once you get there, the beach is private and was not very crowded. It was funny in that on both sides on this beach, there were wall to wall hotel/condo umbrellas, not my jam. It was right in the "heart" of Destin, actually across the street from a water park, so ideal if you have children.The property was clean. The kitchenware (pots and pans) were a little banged up. I would suggest upgrading the master bed mattress as it was a little soft in the middle. We had a few lights out when we arrived, but Jessica dispatched maintenance and these were quickly fixed. The best part was the temp of the condo. These are often too warm, but it was nice and cool and made sleeping a joy!All in all, a very nice getaway in Destin. Thank you Jessica!
