Another great feature is that each bedroom has its own bath. The master bath has a tub and separate walk-in shower. There is a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd guest room and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd guest room. The great room has sliding glass doors that open to a balcony perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture. The breezeway underneath is a fabulous place for relaxing and enjoying the salty air with room for parking 2 cars. There is a community grilling area with outdoor seating, perfect for family meals located next to one of the pools. A security deposit and rental agreement is required with this property. The security deposit will be a pre authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
