Newly renovated 2BR house that can host up to 8 guest with self-check in.
This place is perfect for a group of traveling friends or a family looking for a peaceful stay. It includes 3 queen beds, living room (sofa bed, air mattress), 1 bath and 1 full size kitchen.

Its has a great location close to supermarkets, restaurants and steps away from Express Bus that will take you to NYC in only 20 minutes.
The space
The master bedroom have spacious queen bed, the second room 2 comfortable queen beds and the living room two large sofa beds. We provide 3 Smart TV’s with Netflix, amazon prime and Disney+.
Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, complementary WiFi, multi charger for iPhone-AirPods-apple watch, and more!

Very quite place Keep in mind that is in New Jersey, so NYC METROCARD won’t work and you have to buy NJ tickets for the bus It’s about 40 minutes to port authority if you get the bus 159 express and low traffic jam

Disappointing

We were looking forward to our stay after relaxing at a nearby spa. The listing stated air conditioning as an amenity. We entered the home and it was 90 on the thermostat. Tried to figure out the thermostat as it was set to heat. We located window units in the back bedrooms, but that was the only ac we could find. I tried calling and texting the hosts for help. They never answered or replied. I tried messaging them on vrbo and the minimal reply was that there is a fan in the living room. Spent an hour on the phone with vrbo customer support; the host did not answer them either. We tried to find another hotel or rental but none were available. We had a medically fragile member in our party who cannot be in extreme heat. We had nowhere else to go, so just all stayed in the one bedroom. It took nearly five hours for the bedrooms to cool down, and we were unable to use the rest of the home as the bedroom units have no way to cool the rest of the home. Also, the listing states “sofa bed”; there is no sofa bed, it is just a couch. Parking was very difficult, and I recognize that is not within control of hosts, but it would be helpful to have clarity about parking prior to arriving. One of the beds had a top sheet, but no fitted sheet or comforter. I feel really disappointed that our trip ended on such a bad note, and also disappointed at the lack of response from the host.
