Spacious home near the Siesta Key Beach. The home has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. There is a pool table, Smart tvs in every room and board games in case there is rain. We just had a brand new heated pool installed. Located about 10 to 15 minutes from Siesta Key beach.Pets are allowed. (1 dog under 15 lbs is free, dogs over 15lbs $150 per dog)

Roomy Family sized home

Booking and check in with the host was a breeze. The home was spacious and clean, Featured new appliances and a Keurig machine cuz I need my coffee in the morning. Having a washer and dryer was great as we have stayed at places where this was not available. The pool was clean and if the weather was warmer and we had more time, we would’ve used it. While the home features king and queen size beds the Bed frames were noisy when moving in the night and the homes close proximity to a busy road also led to sleep interruption. Overall, a good home and we enjoyed the pool table

Dirty and unsafe

During my stay at this location, the location was poorly maintained. The appliances were dirty and moldy. The remote for the fans were missing and the ones we found were missing the batteries to operate it. The pool was not secured with a gate instead there were battery powered alarms on the glass sliding doors that were missing the covers and batteries rendering the device useless. The condition of the back yard was dirty and the patio furniture was severely rusted. While my husband was sitting on a patio chair with my infant daughter , the chair completely collapsed, thankfully my husband was able to keep my daughter upright and he took the brunt of the injury. I want to make it clear the patio chairs were metal, not plastic. The chair literally crumbled (my husband weighs roughly 230lb 6ft 3in in height) he is by NO means overweight nor was he moving around obnoxiously in the chair. He was simply sitting with our 8m old daughter. When we emailed the property manager, with pictures expressing our concerns, we got no response. it’s been over two weeks since our stay and still no one has reached out to discuss the photos I emailed. The ONLY reason why I am writing a review is because I would hate another family with infant and toddlers to stay at this location and a tragedy happen because of the lack in safety measures and rusted furniture.
