Villa Colibri is a stunning 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms gated home (2/2 in the main house and additional 1/1 guesthouse). Both offer breathtaking ocean views from every corner.
Located in Las Huacas, an upscale community with 24/7 security in the hills of Playa Guiones, the villa is just a few minutes' drive from the beachâknown for its spectacular sunsets and world-class surfing. Our friendly and highly knowledgeable staff will provide first-class hospitality, ensuring your stay is truly special and unforgettable.
The space:
Villa ColibrĂ at Las Huacas is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gated home with an additional 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse, accommodating up to 6 guestsâperfect for a family vacation!
The main house features 2 king-size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. Large glass doors offer ocean views while you cook or relax with a book. Step outside to a spacious patio and an infinity saltwater pool with stunning vistas. Enjoy an outdoor sitting area, a BBQ kitchen with a pizza oven, propane and charcoal grills, a full patio seating area, a dining table, and a swing bench facing the ocean. There are 2 outdoor showers, a surfboard rack, and 2 lounge chairs.
The guesthouse offers 2 full-size beds and a full bathroom/shower, with incredible views from every room. Each room has its own A/C unit, ceiling fan, built-in closet, and security safe. The outdoor patio is equipped with 2 fans and a chandelier for nighttime use. Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth Sonos speaker are available throughout the house, and the guesthouse includes a working desk.
Your stay includes exceptional hospitality, with complimentary cleaning services, fresh linens, towels, beach towels, and all essentials for infants or small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water (no need to purchase bottled water), BBQ and wine/cocktail accessories, a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, blender, and more.
The beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, banks, and ATMs are just minutes away by car.
Our property managers are available to assist with local activities, restaurant recommendations, private chefs, car or quad rentals, surfing lessons, horseback riding, yoga, Pilates, massages, deep-sea fishing, zip lining, nature tours, and much more.
Guest access:
Your group will have access to the entire house, patio, infinity salt pool, garden, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor shower, with exception to storage rooms.
