Modern Lux home: Near downtown SD and The Convention Center. The home features a 2 car garage, gourmet kitchen, dining area, spacious bedrooms, games, a backyard with a fire pit and grill perfect for spending time with family, friends or ideal for business travelers. The fully renovated home was built in 2012 and is located in historic Grant Hill of San Diego. Close to stunning beaches and world-class dining, shopping, entertainment, Coronado Island, and the San Diego International Airport.

Welcome to your dream vacation home! This 4Br/3Ba home features a grand living space, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms that provide ample space for everyone to unwind. With its prime location, you'll be just a short drive away from local attractions and dining. Close to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego and the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want guests to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party. We do not allow parties of any kind.
No Birthday Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties or events.
Quiet Hours from 9pm to 9am.
Outdoor String lights need to be off by 10pm.
Indoor Fireplaces is non operational.
Garage parking-2 cars
There is additional parking in the alley and on the street.

If you use the garage, please be considerate of the neighbor when walking to and from the garage. Thank you!

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
Must be 25 or older to book
No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors' yards and there will be a fine.
We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.
Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.
Other Details to Note:
This home is conveniently located to all that San Diego has to offer.

There are a few days of the year that we donât allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
