Denna ombyggda 2 sovrum, 2 badrum villa lägenhet ligger bara 2 kvarter från den breda sandstranden i vackra Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. We had an above excellent experience at Tropical Garden Villa. We have vacationed many times in LBTS but 1st here. Will be back. The location was great, quiet, convenient, clean and well furnished.Check the booking platform you use to avoid separate booking fees!!!

Great location and great hosts!

Staying at this place was great for us! The location had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Walgreens within walking distance which made our stay great! Jan was a perfect host and communicated everything easily with email and text and the place provided us with plenty of amenities that made going to the beach, cooking, and laundry easy to do! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location by the beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for mother-daughter getaway!

Love Tropical Garden Villa! Easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Walgreen's, and the bus route! Plenty of space for our party of two, and everything you could need is provided - no need to try and pack beach towels or chairs because they're provided!

Highly Recommend!

This rental was perfect in every way - you could walk to beach, restaurants and store. The area felt very safe with families all around & a laid back atmosphere. The unit was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. The attention to detail and quick responses by the owners was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Amazing place and area

Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!

Great Place

This property was great! It was very clean, newly remodeled, quiet and well-equipped with all the amenities you would ever need for a Florida vacation. I was impressed with all of the extra amenities that were available to us to use during the week. Beach access was easy and very close to the property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone in need of a Florida vacation.

Close to everything. No car needed. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, grill, etc included. Just bring clothes or less :)

PERFECT LOCATION! Walking distance to beach and central to restaurants. The house itself was perfect for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed that each room had its own full bathroom and that there was a full kitchen. They also provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Would definitely recommend and return stay there for future FLL vacations!

Very Accommodating!

We found this property for our last minute vacation get-away and we were not disappointed! It is so convenient to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and especially the beach. Tom and Jan provide the beach towels, chairs umbrella and even sun protection lotions! It was so nice to not have to carry or purchase those items! The home was very comfortable and we felt very safe staying there.

Wonderful...relaxing getaway!

jan was an amazing host. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa for the weekend. We enjoyed our time so much. There was lots to do, from sight seeing, walking through the town, laying on the beach. It was so relaxing. My husband and I had a great time together. Jan had a gift basket with muffins, fruit and coffee in it which was a great touch. We loved the friendly atmospher of the area. Thanks again for a great time!!!

Steps to the beach

Cute patio, awesome place to be close to great restaurants in Lauderdale by the sea and super easy to grab your chair, shade and cooler and walk down the alley out to the beach. Being on the south side of the pier there's less people on the beach which is nice and being st the condo you don't have to worry about parking. It's like a block and s half to the beach and you pass public restrooms on the way. Ideal of you want to park it at the beach for a week but still be able to walk to a variety of food and adult nightlife this isn't spring break central.

Clean apartment with a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Located in a great area, with very short walks to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Very nice gesture to be welcomed with a basket of fruits and coffee. Stocked kitchen and bathroom. The furniture in the living area isn't very comfortable, but we spent minimal time actually in the apartment. We also did not have a cooler in our unit, which was listed as available prior to arriving. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we plan our trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Perfect summer home

The Villa is very nice furnished and well equipped, so the moment you open the door, you can feel like at home. The beach is only a short 4 minutes walk away and with all the beach equippment provided, you can enjoy your excellent piece of pizza from Anglis Beach Cafe right in the sand. The is only one thing, that is a bit disturbing, but hard to change: the a/c is quite loud so we had to turn it off in the bedrooms during the night. Altough we still had the vents, it got to warm. Still a great deal for this prize.
