ABOUT THE CONDO
Inside this charming 2- level condo you will open the door to a comfortable and well decorated dinning and family room. Each sofa accommodates 2 guest and the TV provides entertainment while you lounge, warm hardwood floors are throughout the entire apartment, serene artwork and overall a homey comfortable vibe.
Also on this level you have a fully updated kitchen that has everything you need. The cabinets, granite counters, and mosaic tiles create the perfect place for making a group dinner—just add some fresh, local seafood and you’re all set. Then head over to the large farm dining table (seats 6) and enjoy a meal with friends or family.
After dinner, retreat to the living area and stretch out on the couch or watch your favorite shows together on the 50” flat screen TV. Just off the living room, you’ll find a Juliette balcony with two cafe chairs and a small table with seating for 2. Unwind with your favorite book, glass of wine, or look out and enjoy the sea breeze.
Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms, comfortably furnished with 2 Queen beds with luxurious linens and flat screen tv's for viewing pleasure.
A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hall outside the guest rooms on the second level. There is also a half bath located off the living room on the first level.
This quaint spacious 2 level condo is the perfect spot for a pair of couples, small group of friends, or a family for your next beach getaway.

This property is centrally located in Lauderdale by the Sea

The host was easy to get a hold of pleasant to deal with centrally located in Lauderdale by the Sea walking distance to the supermarket, and to the pubs and restaurants and beach. Once you’re there you don’t need a car.

Neat townhome with lots of charm and a great location

We loved the location and proximity to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The townhome was clean and has a very comfortable downstairs living area. The one complaint we had was with the beds. The mattresses were noisy and not comfortable at all….would recommend a replacement of these asap.

Great location

Large 2 bedroom unit in a quiet area. Close to the beach and many restaurants. No need for a car if you fly in but there is assigned parking if you drive. We would stay here again.

Terrible experience almost ruined birthday. Had to leave early. Won't stay w/ these hosts again ever

While walking through the building, you can clearly hear people's conversations, which means everyone will be able to hear yours too. The white hand towel in the bathroom had two brown spots on it. It could have been dried blood or something worse. No matter how many times it has been cleaned it should have been replaced instead. When checking in, you're given a key, the door also has a lock where you can enter a code to access the unit. The problem is that the door has no secondary locking mechanism, so if someone does see the code you put in, they can access your unit while you're sleeping or while you're out. There were a number of times when the door to the building was left open so anyone could gain access to the inside. The washer & dryer that are indicated on the list of amenities are coin operated. This information wasn't included in the listing and there were no pictures showing that these would be coin operated. Their TV package didn't include TNT. This was surprising since it's a very common channel. When I notified the hosts that I was unable to view the NBA playoffs due to the lack of inclusion of TNT, they offered to update the package to include the channel as well as send me information regarding recommendations for a dry cleaning service. Neither of these happened and I never heard from them again. The screen leading to the balcony is torn like a cat decided to repeatedly scratch it. The curtains also had brown spots on them as well. For parking, you need to put a piece of paper in your dash indicating that you are a resident. The hosts don't provide you with any paper or decal so I had to go out and buy paper myself just to make sure that my car didn't get towed. The welcome book provided in the unit includes a list of nearby points of interest including restaurants. It includes the Athena By The Sea restaurant which closed back in 2018 which makes me question the accuracy of the rest of the information in the binder. After experiencing all of these issues, after staying in the unit for less than one day, I notified the hosts that I was unhappy and would like to relocate. I requested a partial refund. That request was denied. Even though they are not required to issue one, I had booked nine nights, and the hosts did not see fit to refund anything, not $100, not $5, NOTHING. It really comes off like screw your problems, we have your money and we're not giving it back. I will not ever stay in this property again.

Great condo in a perfect location!

Loved staying here for the week with my husband and two toddlers. Walking distance to everything, including a local park, restaurants, beach, and grocery store! Easy check in and check out. Would love to come back next year!!

Put your car keys away!

Condo was as described and very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything you could want is a short walk.

Home away from home

My wife and I work from home. We needed a change of scenery from our home in Dallas. This property was perfect. There are so many places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails within a short walk. The condo is directly across from a nice little park. Did I mention the beach is the same short walk away?! Great hosts. You won't regret choosing this property!
