Located a short 6-minute drive to Wilton Drive (tons of bars, restaurants, shopping) and a 13-minute drive to the beach, this 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom home with a huge open kitchen and dining area includes a small dock with two kayaks, giving you access to Middle River (which runs through the city and a great place to see tons of wildlife including fish, manatees, iguanas, and birds). The outdoor area includes a pool, firepit, cornhole, and a seating area. This home is perfect for active nature lovers.
