I was not welcome. This is not a pet friendly property! The true pet policy is not disclosed until the reservation is paid for! I no longer trust VRBO and have discontinued the service.

The house could have been cleaner plus the second story ac blower wasn’t blowing air which made you too cold at the bottom to make upstairs people comfortable. The pier fishing lights went out the first night so we couldn’t fish at night which was disappointing. My daughter wiped the table with a paper towel and it showed a lot of dirt. To tell you the truth I’ve stayed in better places but Kenneth was easy to talk to

Wonderful home for a large family over the holidays. Plenty of room, the kids and adults enjoyed the pier, fire pit, & card games at the large table. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner and made memories. The hosts were excellent with communication anytime we had questions. Stores are not far if you forgot anything and boat launch also close.

We have stayed at this house for several years now and haven’t really had any problems with our stays but this time was not up to par. It wasn’t very clean this go around and the Christmas tree was still up in the living room and some decorations outside were still up. The people were very prompt with one issue we had but this place really needs some upgrades.

The house was decent with plenty of room for our group of six people. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable.Outside, the yard was a bit of a mess and had not been mowed for several weeks. The pier over the water was good for shore fishing, but with the lake level at 168.5, it is impossible to enter a boat moored there without wading through waist-deep water and pulling yourself up from the water. A floating platform should be added for boaters who stay here. I put my bass boat in the water at the ramp located down the street, the boat ride from there to the house is only about 10 minutes. When leaving the boat lanes, the cove the house is located on is full of submerged stumps, so take it slow or you will mess up your hull or lower unit.

Eric, thanks for your review. For some reason our yard maintenance company was delayed in getting the initial cut done before your stay. Concerning the lake level, I have a 17' bass tractor with an aluminum V-hull. I have always been able to beach it on the sandy bank, tie off on the wall, and disembark at the front without having to get in the water, except around 2015 when we had a severe drought. It is always advisable to use caution any where on the lake except in the marked boat lanes.

Family Summer Get Away

Excellent location "secluded". House was spacious and well organized. Easy close walk down to a very nice dock. Family had a great time and would certainly book again. Short drive (10 Min) to grocery store, fuel, and bait. Really nice view for sunset and great firepit set up.
