Tillgängligt juli 2019, detta vackra och helt nya och anpassade 4 sovrum 2. 5 bad sjöhus ligger högt på bluffen med utsikt över Lanan Bay of Toledo Bend Reservoir. Koppla av på gängstolarna på baksidan av verandan, svängarna i verandan eller runt eldstaden medan du njuter av en av de vackraste utsikten över Toledo Bend. Nytt inredda och med en öppen planlösning kan detta sjöhus bekvämt rymma och sova upp till 11 personer beroende på sovarrangemang.
Denna plats och fastighet ger dig den mest fantastiska utsikten över soluppgångar och solnedgångar. Det finns enkel tillgång till vattnet med en privat båtramp på fastigheten. Vår gångväg till sjöstranden, båthuset och piren börjar byggas i juli 2019 men du kommer att ha tillgång till att hysa din båt intill och hänga på vårt privata båthus.
Det bekväma läget ligger bara 10 minuter från Toledo Town, lokala restauranger, matvaror, redskap, bränsle, bete, förnödenheter och järnaffärer. Vet väl att Cypress Bend Golf Resort ligger bara 12 mil bort.

Our family had ample space to have a crawfish boil & play Cornhole. The dock provided access to the lake where we fished. We enjoyed the scenic view of the lake & witnessed several bald eagles in the area.

One-Day Meeting

We traveled from New Orleans to Many for a meeting and needed a house for one-day but also wanted to enjoy the sites of Toledo Bend. The Toledo Queen was perfect for relaxing on the porch and looking at the lake.

Great time

Everything was as advertised, very clean and well equipped. Brand new bbq grill and the view was awesome. Bald eagle in the tree right in the back yard. The place was so clean I found myself cleaning up after myself more than I do at home! Also perfect paved back in drive with outlet to charge boat batteries. We will be back 100%!

The house has such a beautiful interior with walls and cedar trim. It is very roomy for sure. We stayed a week and beforehand thought we might get tired of being together so long? However because of the layout we never got cramped. The view of the sunrise was awesome. The boat dock is very large and well built. Will, the caretaker stopped by to see if we needed anything now and again.

A Relaxing Get-Away

A relaxing time was had by 6 adults for three days and nights. Toledo Queen was spacious and met our needs on all levels. The back porch with rocking chairs overlooking the lake was a very nice feature of the property. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy a hassle-free stay. Communication with Randal and William was very satisfactory. For future guests, you may want to consider upgrading the towels and bath mats. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great Cabin

The cabin was beautiful. The boat lift held my 21 foot pontoon boat. Floating dock tied up my husband’s gator tail. Grilling area fire pit/ bar b que grill. Great outside seating areas. Home great for dividing kids from parents room wise. Open concept living room and kitchen. My grown up children loved it.

Beautiful place to stay

The cabin was so nice. All new construction with all the amenities you need. The views were amazing. Everything was so well thought out. The cabin was clean and tidy and only about 5-6 min away from toledo tackle. Will definitely be staying here again! 6 out of 5 stars!
