To keep things smooth and secure for everyone, we ask for a signed rental agreement, a government-issued ID from the booking guest, and a refundable security deposit (a $500 hold on your credit card). We'll email you all the details you need for a seamless check-in and a worry-free stay.

Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
Max occupancy: 10 guests (including children).
Check-out by 10 am; Check-in after 4 pm.
Pet Policy: We love pets—but due to allergies, we can only allow up to 2 small, hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs (under 25 lbs). Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and stay off beds/furniture. Additional pet fees apply—please text or email for details. Undisclosed pets may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
Early Check-In: If the home is available, we offer early check-in for $50/hour before 4 pm.
Grill Use: A spare propane tank is available in the outdoor storage chest. Both tanks are tracked. Missing tanks incur a $250 charge.
Security & Agreement: We prioritize a secure and streamlined stay. Please complete the rental agreement and submit ID upon booking. All instructions will follow via email once your reservation is confirmed.
