Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place! Relax in the hot tub and enjoy good company with friends and family around the fire pit (wood included) while the kids play ski ball downstairs. This property has 3 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. All share one full bath. There is another queen bedroom downstairs with a comfy reading nook. Two twin beds are in the basement living room as well as a couch / TV, two arcade games Galaga and Mortal Kombat, and a ski ball machine. Each bedroom has lamps with USB ports to charge your phone. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower.

Great south Wichita location near the South YMCA and Farha Center, Watson Park, South Lakes Sports Complex, Starlite Drive in theatre, and Splash Aqua Park. It’s just blocks away from Roller City and Osage Park. It is also a short drive to Intrust Arena and downtown Wichita. Close access to 235 highway and only 4 miles to the airport. Close to Dillons grocery store and several places to go out to eat.

The house was great. The kids loved the “game room” and I thought they’d never go to bed. The beds were comfortable and house was really clean. The kids said we should buy that house lol.

Great experience with everything you need !

It was a the perfect place for a long weekend with games and a game room for kiddos and adults. The fire pit area was really nice and cozy with firewood to cook up some hot dogs and smores. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and overall vibes. Will be coming back!!

Review

Overall the property met the standards of the description. They had a pipe burst in the basement the night before we checked in. Owners did communicate that to us the day of check in. The house had a musty smell to it, but unsure if that is normal or just from the recent water issue. Some of the doors to the bedrooms didn't close right, but again not a major issue. The house was good for the few nights we needed somewhere to sleep.

One night airport stay

Wichita in January

In town for a late Christmas with family, 5 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Check in & out was super easy. Will be looking to stay here again next time we’re coming to Wichita.

Perfect!

I came to town with my kids, aged 13 and 10, to visit family in the area. This property was perfect because it had something for everyone: the kids could play board games, skeeball, or video games, and the adults could chat over a meal or in the hot tub. We made a couple of excursions, but most of the time we hung out at the house and had plenty of room and comfort to enjoy our time together.

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our Girls' weekend. The house was clean and check out was easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the firepit. The host responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay again!

Graduation Celebration

This property was very spacious and relaxing. We are a large family of 10 that came up from Texas to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and this place was not only conveniently located but a great place to socialize with her college friends and family. Only negative was that the back yard wasn’t mowed but we figured rainfall played a factor in that and the bathroom door downstairs was very hard to close. A must stay again!
