We chose College Hill because it truly has that âpeaceful escape in the cityâ feel. Itâs one of Wichitaâs most loved historic neighborhoodsâsafe, walkable, and full of charm. We loved the tree-lined streets, unique architecture, and the sense of community here.
You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and local boutiques, and youâre only a few minutes from downtown. College Hill Park is right nearby tooâit has open green space, a pool, and a great playground. Itâs the kind of neighborhood where people wave to each other, kids ride bikes, and you feel right at home.
We created a space here that weâd want to escape to ourselvesâcomfortable, relaxing, and surrounded by everything you need.
