Om boendet

Lokalboende ägs. Vi älskar SC-låglandet och allt det erbjuder. Från cykling, fiske, båtliv och strand till den fantastiska golf- och tennis Kiawah erbjuder mer att göra än någon annan strandsamhälle.

Vi har ägt lägenheten sedan 1995 och har nyligen tillbringat mer än 100 000 renoveringar och gjort det till det vi tycker är en av de trevligaste villorna i Kiawah. Inga utgifter sparades från köket till badrummen. Storskärms-TV och Bose-stereo gör att vardagsrummet kommer till liv.

Sovrummen är konfigurerade med en drottning i befälhavaren och två enkelsängar i det främre sovrummet. Det finns också två utdragbara soffor i vardagsrummet. Det finns två läderstolar att koppla av på.

Platsen är en kort promenad eller cykeltur till stranden. Bra restauranger och barer ligger inom gångavstånd eller en kort biltur till Freshfields VIllage eller Bohicket Marina.

Great Location in Kiawah

Villa was clean and easy to access. Nice lagoon views. Close to the bike path and short walk to the beach. Tom was a very responsive host. We loved our stay here!

My daughter and I enjoyed our third spring break in a row at this condo and will be back again next year. It has a perfect location, is clean and allows our toy poodle.

very nice. We live on Kiawah but needed extra space for family. It worked well. we have rented it twice. Only real problem is that door is very hard to lock.

Perfect for Your Next Junior Tennis Tournament

Quiet, clean, easy access to Roy Barth Tennis Center. Perfect place for a family with USTA tennis tournament players. Lovely view of pond from kitchen. Comfortable sitting area with large leather recliners. We loved that we could bring our pup. Great communication with Tom. Very reasonable price for quality and convenience. A+

Nice place

The place was mostly clean but had one smashed cockroach that was your welcome to spare room. Blow dryer does not work and shower in main bath doesn’t drain properly. About 1/2 mile walk to beach but you have to bring own beach chairs and wagon. Not a lot of places to eat on Kiawah so be prepared to cook or have a long wait for restaurants. Overall condo was average.

Great last minute stay

Decided to take a quick 3-day trip to Kiawah at the last minute and was fortunate to find this little place with great reviews. It was very clean and close to the Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Cove golf course and Night Hebron Park. Place was clean and stocked with the basics. Only wish it had a porch so you could sit outside. And a toaster. There also wasn’t any beach gear, but we called The Sanctuary Hotel and they set up beach chairs and an umbrella (and towels) for $40/day, so that was nice. We had a lovely time.

Perfect for our family

The owner, Tom was amazing and very responsive. The unit was clean and appeared as the pics showed. It’s in a great location very close to the Sanctuary, tennis, and the beach. I’m t was easy to navigate around the island on the many bike trails. The only negative I could think of is the TV’s are a bit dated and don’t allow for streaming Netflix, etc It may have been nice to have the steaming capability during the times it rained but that is the only negative I could come up with. Overall great stay and we’d come back again and stay in the same unit.

Super pet-friendly location!

We love coming to Kiawah, and being able to bring our dog makes it so much more special. Tom was great to work with, and we had a great family Thanksgiving. The unit is convenient to the beach, and the view onto the pond was fantastic for birding. Having a full kitchen made cooking for the holiday easy. There was plenty of room for us, and we’d happily come back!

Great trip

We had a great stay and highly recommend this property. The living area/kitchen had an open floor plan and we’re very spacious. We had a question on something and the owner, Tom, who came over very quickly to help. We will return.

Great weekend get away

The property is always very clean, organized, and well stocked. The owner Tom is terrific to deal with- responsive, helpful, conscientious. We've stayed here several times and will plan to be back!
