Denna härliga stuga är bekvämt beläget i West Beach Village med bara en kort promenad till havet, poolen, Cougar Point Golf Course och dess helt nya klubbhus, tennisbanor, restauranger, butiker och många andra aktiviteter. Great beach & location. Really liked the tree house. A few updates to the kitchen would have been ideal. We also found it difficult to find many reasonably priced restaurants close by.

Perfect Kiawah Getaway for Family and Fur Babies

This villa stands out as an exceptional choice for families seeking a pet-friendly getaway. Its thoughtful amenities, family-centric features, and prime location are blend of comfort and access to Kiawah activities. The owner thoughtfully stocks all the needed basics relieving stress of forgetting items after a long drive. There are many nearby walking and biking trails. This property sits close to the beach which was great for dog walks. It is a convenient 5-minute ride to Freshfields Village which offers groceries, a variety of great restaurants and cute retail shops. The community around the villa is friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back and stay there for our next Kiawah trip.

This was super place to stay with dogs! Very clean and close to everything you could want. We would definitely rent this place again. It is so nice to feel very welcome with your dogs.

Great location!

We had everything we needed at the cottage! Beds were super comfortable and enough space for my family & pets. The location is great and close to beach access, groceries, restaurants & activities. Homeowner is also very responsive & easy to communicate with. I’d love to come back!

Wonderful stay

Loved the location and the cottage was perfect for my family of four. Beach chairs and cart provided was a bonus for us. Host was very helpful and provided many good recommendations of things to do in the area.

Relaxing week

Great location!

Walks to the beach and pool were quick and easy. Great location near the gated entrance to Kiawah and easy access to the bike trails which is a big reason we keep coming back to the island. The hosts make sure their guests have every to make the visit enjoyable.

Family Time

Our boys are getting older and we need a place to get away and relax with them. The house was exactly as described. It is in a perfect location and it has plenty of room for everyone on the inside. It was wonderful to sit on the screened porch and listen to the atmosphere around you. We even had some deer come and check us out! We will definitely stay here again.

Close to beach

We enjoyed out stay at this Sparrow Pond Cottage. We loved the screened porch overlooking the lagoon and use of the community pool. We also loved the close access to the beach- it was an easy 4-5 minute bike ride to a relatively uncrowded beach for the week of July 4th! Appreciated that the cottage had chairs and beach towels that we could use. It was a perfect place for our family of 4 and our dog, Bella. Sandy was great to work with- highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Kiawah!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus 7-month lab puppy, Murphy! It had everything we needed, and we especially loved sitting on the screened in porch in the evening and listening to the frogs. An easy 10–15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach and 10-15-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride to the Freshfields shopping area. Kiawah is beautiful, we loved the beach and the bike paths! We hope to be back!

Great Vacation Cottage

We had a great week at this cottage. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The back screened in porch is a great place to start or end your day taking in all the views and enjoying the beautiful nature Kiawah has to offer. I would highly recommend renting bikes. The property manager/owner is very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our two dogs. We will definitely be back ❤️

Great stay at Kiawah - West Beach

Great cottage at Sparrow Pond. Easy walk to beach, pet friendly, almost across the street from Cougar clubhouse, plenty of beach gear. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

My father, Joe Kay, although born in Lakeland, FL, grew up in South Carolina. After highschool in Moncks Corner, he graduated from the Citadel in 1953. My husband and I were introduced to Kiawah in 1979 and encouraged Daddy to come check out the beautiful island only 21 miles from Charleston. He purchased The Treehouse in 1986 and has shared it with renters every since!

Just a 2 minute walk finds you at the brand new Cougar Point clubhouse where you can enjoy a meal, watch sporting events or play a round of golf. Our guests keep telling us how much they enjoy all the extra amenities we provide so you have few extra things to bring from home. We strive to make our place your home away from home! We love dogs and want you to bring your 4 legged children with you to enjoy (please bring their beds so that they will feel at home). Dogs can run free on the beach from October - March. Other months, you can still enjoy the beaches with your dogs on leash.
