The enclosed porch is a perfect area to dine or simply relax. Outside, enjoy the picnic table and charcoal grill for dining outdoors. Enjoy the spacious grounds and shared beach area. Water access is just across the yard. (You do not have to cross a road.)

This is a wonderful central location for exploring all the best of Leelanau. Lots of fun is available in Northport during the summer, including the Northport Wine & Craft Beer Festival, Leelanau UnCaged, the Northport Dog Parade, and fireworks on the Fourth of July. Northport is only 4 miles from the house.

One pet is allowed. Guests, please clean up after pets.
