♥ This is a multi-level home with external staircases. Please note that lower level accessibility may be challenging for those who have mobility issues or trouble with stairs.

♥ This house has a Ring video doorbell located outside the front door.

♥ This house is located at 3,300 ft. elevation, and it snows in the winter, so please be prepared. The HOA maintains and plows the main roads in the winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles may be required from November through March.
