The home features 2 Beautiful Bedrooms with comfy Queen Size Beds, 1 Stunning Bathroom with a Soaking Tub, Rain Waterfall Shower and beautiful Natural light.

The home opens to a large living room which extends to a large deck with views of the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood Sign.
Both bedrooms have Queen size beds.

Guests have access to the entire home and should take advantage of the three fruit trees on the property including Meyer lemon, mandarin orange and loquat.

The Hyperion House is located less than one block away from Restaraunts like Cafe Stella, Tartine, Pine & Crane. Coffee from La Columbe, Intelligentsia, Ice cream from Pazzo Gelato and Salt and Straw. Farmers markets are Tuesday Nights and Saturday mornings. Bars include Bar Stella, Black Cat, Tap 33, El Condor and many more!
