Kom in, ta ett djupt andetag och dra upp en plats på däck over-looking MEST lugn sjö i västra North Carolina (min åsikt) och smutta på din favoritdryck.

OBS: Om du Google Earth adressen till huset, kommer det att visa sjön som 2/3 tom. 2 år sedan hade vi en spricka i dammen och var tvungen att tömma sjön för att reparera den. Det råkade bara vara den tid Google tog bilden !!! Jag lovar, det finns gott om vatten i sjön!

GOLF !!!!!! Tre vackra golfbanor inom 3-5 minuter i huset. Vattenfall, tennis, vandring, slangar, cykling och mycket mer. ONE State Park och en nationell FOREST inom 15 minuter från huset!

Detta hem är 15 minuter från pittoreska centrum Hendersonville och Brevard (musikcentret). En timme från GREENVILLE och en timme från Highlands.

Wonderful home

My wife and I decided to take our young children to the mountains for an impromptu vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the home and the beautiful lake upon arrival. This home is extremely well stocked and was very clean. It is in a great location to all of the conveniences you may need but also feels somewhat secluded for that peace of mind. As for the host…Karen is one of the nicest and helpful hosts you could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Just as described- great stay!

Everything was as described with excellent communication from the owner. While the lake didn't seem to be well-stocked for fishing, we still had a fantastic time swimming and kayaking, and we managed to catch a couple of fish. There are plenty of nearby activities to keep teenagers entertained. Highly recommend!

perfect little spot for a family getaway. very private and close to Pisgah and Dupont forests for tons of hiking and recreation options. would definitely stay here again.

Lake House

Cute lake house with a great view! Lots of amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Location is quiet and close to Brevard and Hendersonville. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was so relaxing, yet the lake offered our teen boys things to do…fishing, kayaking, swimming. It was hard to leave! You won’t be disappointed staying here-book the trip!!!

Truly tranquil

Pictures do not do this property justice...lovely furnishings and tasteful decor. Well supplied. You can literally just bring your toothbrush and change of clothes! Very comfortable beds and bedding. Peaceful setting. Enjoyed sitting on deck as well as the dock. Host was very pleasant and responsive. We will be back!

Great spot!

Our kids loved paddling on the kayaks and we loved hanging out on the dock and deck. Close to lots of great trails and a peaceful, beautiful location. Fantastic all around.

Thanksgiving Visit

Husband and I and 20yo son stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to visit my parents in Cummings Cove. Super convenient. Nice to have 3B/3B. Overall loved it. Listing says hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The 3 bedrooms are each on different levels. No issue for us, but worth noting for families w younger kids. We will say here again though. Had a great experience! Definitely recommend.

Tranquil Comfort

Karen is SUPER responsive and kind! The house is spacious with three full beds and three baths, but it could sleep another three on comfy sofas if needed. The kitchen and baths had all one could want, and the view of the lake is magnificent. Because the property is a private lakefront, daily walks were lovely. Convenient to Asheville and Sierra Nevada.

Great spot!

We loved the location! It rained a lot of the time we were in town and this property gave us a beautiful vantage point to slow down and enjoy the rainforest we were in. Would definitely stay here again! The lake was great, lovely patios, and very comfortable beds!

Plenty of room

Lovely woodsy setting on a small lake. Little too chilly and too busy to go down to the dock but it looked pretty. Lots of room in the house to spread out if needed. We were pretty much just at the house to sleep so didn't really familiarize ourselves with the amenities of the house. Karen was easy to communicate with and even gave us a heads up on a Facebook posting of a bear sighting in the neighborhood!

A Hendersonville house on a lake.

Excellent host, very quick to respond. The location is on a lovely lake/ pond. The property is better suited for spring/summer. The house has a difficult time warming up and the gas fireplace puts out little heat. The living room couch is worn and the televisions in the master bedroom and living room are in serious need of adjustment or replacement. The house is well equipped with kitchen supplies.

Beautiful Setting

My husband and 4 of our best friends spent 4 days and nights at this property. Our time was nothing but enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable. The house has a beautiful location right on the lake, although the weather was not on our side. The home was very well stocked, clean and spacious. With three couples, we each had our own floor, which worked out perfectly. The only negative, is the drive to town, which is not bad, but we would have preferred to walk. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a quiet neighborhood. Also, during the warmer months, you could get use out of the beautiful surroundings and lake.

THIS HOUSE IS SITUATED ON A SMALL SWIMMING/FISHING LAKE. THE BEAUTY OF IT IS THE VIEW! YOU CAN ALSO SEE ALMOST ALL THE WAY AROUND THE LAKE BECAUSE MY HOUSE SITS UP HIGH, IF YOU NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE CHILDREN. THERE IS A ROAD THAT GOES AROUND THE LAKE FOR WALKING AND IT IS JUST SUCH A HAPPY PLACE AND I HAVE THE BEST NEIGHBORS!!!!
