You will have everything you need to stay comfortably and enjoy what Jacksonville has to offer. Located 1 mile north of the the Jacksonville Beach pier you will be a short bike ride to many shops and restaurants located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. 6 miles from Mayo Clinic, 18 miles to sports complex downtown, and 6 miles from Naval Station Mayport. Enjoy everything Jacksonville has to offer or simply stay at the beach.

Great experience

Property was great literally a walk to the beach my kids loved waking up and being able to walk outside with no shoes on and bass in the sun definitely will be visiting again

This definitelyba great place to stay! Located by so many things and also located close to the beach. The area was quite and the people around the area was welcoming. The host was amazing and quick to respond

Superseded expectations

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice, it was extremely clean, smelled amazing and had more than enough necessities like towels, kitchen supplies, and blankets. The only downside is the beds are extremely firm but for the location and price it’s worth it

The condo was perfect for our weekend stay. One block from the beach, walkimg distance to many restaurants. Exactly as deacribed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

This place was great! It's clean and has everything you needed to get started on your vacation, including coffee. Very close walk to the beach. It sit between the main rd and a side road which you can use either to get to the pier by car. The side rd was also great for letting our teenagers walk on. Another plus was Dollar general was across the street!

Quaintly relaxing

Suppose to travel with my husband and MIL but she got sick and couldn’t go, so just my husband and me. It’s a very short walk to the beach and all on ground level. Drew was very sweet and answered all my questions. The condo is smaller but when you aren’t there very much that’s okay. It gave a homie feel to it when we were there. It was very clean inside and outside.

Great location! Clean and well supplied condo!

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 13 yr old. Plenty of room for us and we had everything we needed. Two blocks from the beach and one block from a great Asian Fusion restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. It was a perfect location 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main drive up and down the coast to where we were going. There were a lot of amenities, like shampoo, washer pods, coffee pods, dish soap. The place was clean and the only challenge we had was upstairs noise that was disturbing in the late evening/night.

Great Rental

This is a great, little rental. Very nice inside and very clean. Great location and only minutes to the beach. The rental is on the first floor, so there is an upstairs apartment, and the occupants can be a little noisy especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than the Pictures

We travelled to Jacksonville Beach for a few nights at the end of December. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The location was amazing. I would love to come back here and stay longer next time.

Was good

All good close to Mayo. Only things to complain about are two that I don't know if there is anything could be done about. 1st. Upstairs was noisy, hard for my wife to relax in afternoon. 2nd I believe someone was smoking marijuana near air handlers, cause smell would come into unit.

Very clean, but had some issues.

The rental wasn’t bad. Spacious, stocked with what we needed kitchen and bath wise. The beds were extremely uncomfortable- a mattress topper would be a great addition. Having some chairs to sit outside would also be a nice addition-we had to go purchase some so we could be comfortable. We also had some issues with the water. There was no hot water in the half bath- the water pressure was pretty bad- I guess that’s normal near the beach though. Then the shower curtain rod fell and I had to hold it up so my mother could shower and I had to go without a shower. The host was super responsive though. Just a series of unfortunate events.

Beach vacay

Place was super clean. It was basic but had everything we needed. The beds could’ve been more comfortable but I would still stay again. The location was fantastic.

I’d stay here again

Worked great for our family, would definitely stay here again. Only negative is it’s a bit bare bones, with no ability to sit outside on the patio. Still very solid.

Close to beach

The location is 2 blocks close from the beach and an easy walk. The one thing most rentals dont have is a good shower head. This rental has a great bathroom/ shower. Yes, it is the little things. I would stay here again. Great girls trip spot.

Nice Spot

Location was great. Close to the beach and to many restaurants. Apartment is just like the pictures. Plenty of room for a small family or friends. Has everything you need. Will definitely look here again when coming to town.

Spring Break

We had an amazing time here for our spring break! We just wanted something close to the beach and not overpacked, beach was very quite and clean, and very close. Overall the place was very nice and has everything that you'd need during your stay. Communication with property manager was also very good and responded in a timely manner.

Family Visit

Flew in from California to meet our new grandson. Stayed for five nights. This place is exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the beach and enjoy all it has to offer. I will book again when we come out next time. Thank you for a great stay!
