Awesome Apartment

Great location and close to the navy boot camp which was great and provided more time with my sailor after graduation. Place was as described and just right for the occasion!

Convenient for RTC graduations

Property is 4 min away from the gate at RTC Great Lakes. Accommodations are nothing to write home about. Just ok. Host is very responsive. However, he came to reset the router for the internet and left the front door unlocked and ajar. Neighborhood is not bad, but certainly not the one to leave the door unlocked. My chief complaint here was the AC. Thermostat and actual house temperature differs by a lot. The first night we were sweating for about four hours until the AC caught up. The second night, other people arrived at the property next door and the AC outright couldn’t keep up. It was so hot in there we couldn’t sleep. I sweated like a hog all night.

Cleanliness Top Notch

This home was welcoming for me and my family. The cleanliness was definitely top notch 100% The space was enough to be comfortable and spread out. The location for the RTC graduation ceremony is definitely well worth the stay. I will recommend reaching out to the host for an awesome experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Perfect & great location for Navy RTC

Nigel, the host, was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The unit was quite spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults comfortably. All the necessities one may need are available in the unit for guests. We were visiting for Navy RTC Ceremony and the location was very convenient for this. The location really couldn’t have been better. Convenience shopping, grocery and restaurants were all close by as well. Parking was off street and easily accessible. If we ever had the need, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Navy Boot Camp Graduation

It was really nice being less than 5 minutes from the Navy base. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was set at a good temperature, we didn't need to adjust it. Plenty of towels and washcloths just no hand towels. The three bedrooms were set a little higher than the living room/kitchen so you do need to watch your step going in and out of the bedrooms. If we had reason to be in the Great Lakes area again, we would try and stay at this place again. Thank you, Nigel, for a wonderful stay. On a side note, the Escape Room in Gurnee Mills is worth the 16-minute drive.

Graduation

Our stay was for our Sons graduation from Great Lakes. It was a great location 5 minutes from the base. House was the perfect size we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Easy check in. Owner. Provided great service. Would definitely recommend.
