In our view, this is the finest location in Cannes. It exudes timeless French charm, and its proximity to the beach, harbor, shops, and numerous restaurants is truly unparalleled.

Location, location, location! AND the fact that it is professionally and tastefully completely remodeled in 2023. Even though the actually building dates back to about 1850's, inside the apartment, everything is new
