Our beautiful and comfortable lakefront retreat on Lake Martin! Nestled on a wooded and grassy property, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor living.
Enjoy expansive lake views from the large lakeside porch, complete with rocking chairs and a dining area. The spacious deck, with built-in seating, is ideal for entertaining, while the screened porch offers a cozy space to unwind with a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.
A flat, grassy lawn leads you right to the waterâs edge, where youâll find a covered boathouse with two slips and a lift, a jet ski dock, and a swim deck/pier with a ladder for easy access to the lake.
For your convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer, for your use. The homeâs layout features two king bedrooms on the main floor, with additional bedrooms located upstairs.
