A new 2024 addition to the Special Properties Vacation Rental inventory, the charming Blue Marigold has everything youâll need for a relaxing stay in Green Lake. This quaint and updated home is conveniently located on a quiet street within walking distance to all the action in town including the marina, boat and slip rentals, restaurants, shopping, parks, festivals and more.
The home offers a freshly remodeled interior with all new furnishings throughout. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. For additional sleeping space, the oversized sectional sofa in the living room has a queen pullout bed. The bath and kitchen are all new with everything youâll need for cooking a stay-at-home meal. If you prefer outdoor dining, there is a gas grill and firepit and plenty of privacy to relax after a long day on the lake.
The spacious property allows for ample parking including space for boat trailers. Special Properties Vacation Rentals offer complimentary boat slips subject to availability and can assist with boat rental needs as well.
