Our stay was perfect! House was a great size for us and our 3 sons. The pool was just big enough to cool off and get a little bit of energy out for our little one. Location was great, seemed to get most places within about a 10 minute drive including the zoo, city museum and Busch stadium. Walked to the botanical garden and the coffee shop on the corner. Area felts safe and neighbors were friendly. The garage was a nice bonus, though street parking seemed abundant if you have multiple vehicles. House was a little warm upstairs even after turning down the a/c, only master bedroom has a ceiling fan. Additional fans may be needed if you tend to be a hot sleeper. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything and more. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in St. Louis!

Family trip

The home was up to date. We had certain things that were not stocked throughout the home but was easily corrected after contacting property manager.We were glad to have access to the garage.We brought an outside issue up to the manager, so we are hopeful they get it corrected for future guests.The neighbors were friendly.The home is located in a central location to zoo and other attractions.

Beautiful house with a great pool

Loved this place - stayed here for an out of town wedding. Ample parking in garage and in street. Smallish size pool was perfect just to dip in and cool off. The house was well appointed and beds very comfortable, nice coffee bar with two wine fridges -

Great property

This is a great spot! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The property is modern and clean and the layout was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and the backyard space. We had everything we need and Murat was incredibly responsive. Checkout was super easy. Absolutely would stay again.

Great location and very clean!

We had three generations staying here for the weekend (4 adults and two teenagers). Everyone had a great time, plenty of space and plenty to do. The pool was extra fun. This is a very comfortable and clean property. Easy for everyone to spread out and hang out in. The location is very convenient, close to two highways, downtown, all the major attractions and tons of restaurants. Murat was very helpful and responsive. The property is loaded with extras, in case you forget something. Overall this was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Extended weekend in St. Louis

Beautiful home with a great location!

My husband, 2 kids (ages 3 and 2) and I stayed here for a week and we were very pleased with this home. It was very clean and fully stocked with essentials, whereas a lot of other rental homes we've stayed in don't supply nearly as much as this home. We liked there being a private garage we could park in instead of parking on the street. We didn't get to swim because of the weather but the pool looked nice. The house is modern and in a good location, walking distance to a small market and restaurant. We brought our small dog and I was happy to see a fenced in back yard with grass so he could easily potty. Thank you having us!

Very comfortable stay

Very nice and comfortable, I give 4 stars instead of 5 stars because most of hand soaps were nearly empty. We had to combine and share hand soap. There are a lot to do in St Louis, so we were out most of time. Can't get the hot tub going, so we went out have a very nice dinner instead. Communication with Murat is very good. Thank you!

St. Louis Visit

Our stay here was fantastic. The host had great response time and the property was exactly as the description. Our kids fully enjoyed the headed pool/hot tub. If we ever return, we would definitely book this property again. Great location and close to all the attractions.

Nice home

Nice, clean home. No king bed as listing says. They’re all queen. A lot of cleaning instructions before check out, especially for the cleaning fee charged. Otherwise, seamless stay.

Amazing place and an awesome host!

This places is as perfect as in the pictures; tidy, clean and well furnished. It has all the things you would want in a short term rental and some more. Murat is also an amazing host. He made everything feel like a breeze and was willing to go out of his way to make sure we got all we needed. No doubt I'd stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
