Duncans Tropical Beach Bungalow är en av ett slag i sydvästra Florida. Perfekt för en smekmånad, årsdag eller, romantisk tillflyktsort. Fullständig integritet ... Kläder Valfritt ... "Bungalow" har känslan av öarna med massiv gul furu och mexikanska kakelgolv, höga indianer i West Indies stil, Floridas plantageluckor, kronformning i varje rum, gourmetkök .. .even en utomhusdusch intill masterbadet för en unik dusch under stjärnorna.

Franska dörrar öppnar på en bokstavlig "djungel" av palmer (över 170) och bananer, två sandstränder som gränsar till poolen. Vrid dina fötter i sanden, ta ett dopp i den stora soluppvärmda poolen, eller ta en tupplur i hängmatta. Växtligheten är så tät, du kan smala dopp i fullständig integritet. Du skulle aldrig gissa att du var omgiven av civilisationen.

Beläget i det historiska McGregor Blvd. distriktet i Fort Myers, Duncans Tropical Beach Bungalow ligger bekvämt till våra kända stränder, Fort Myers Beach och Sanibel / Captiva Islands, ca 20-25 minuter; Regional SW Int'l flygplats ligger 25 minuter bort.
Vi öppnade vår "paradis reträtt" till gäster 2008. En halvdel av våra gäster har återvänt 2 och 3 gånger ... Ett par återvände nyligen för 4: e gången ... säger ganska mycket allt!

Vi inser att våra priser ligger väsentligt under marknad för liknande egenskaper, om du kunde hitta en. Vi misstänker också att när du upplever vår livsstil kommer du att vara tillbaka!

The place was amazing. Really enjoyed staying there. Duncan was so good to work with and very responsive and ineresting. We would stay there again and again if possible. Out of 5 stars, this one deserved 10 stars!!!

We had beautiful weather to enjoy a very nice backyard and pool. There are good restaurants close to the house and the downtown with lots of good eating choices was a short drive away.

A Lovely Property

A really enjoyable time! We had the privilege to meet Duncan personally, and thoroughly enjoyed his hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Shopping and restaurants are all convenient distances away.

A nice couple's getaway!

We had a great time spending the week at the bungalow! The backyard is beautiful and very private. The pool is great and lots of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Even in the August heat, we spent a lot of time outside. The house is very comfortable. As hurricane Idalia formed in the gulf and moved north, Duncan and his daughter communicated with us, letting us know the hurricane's path and if we needed to be concerned or not. We felt very well taken care of, especially for those days as the hurricane formed and moved past the area (fortunately far to the west). Duncan is a great communicator, proactively reaching out and quickly answering all questions. We highly recommend the bungalow for a couple's getaway!

A+ stay!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Bungalow. The pool was lovely and private. Everything youd need in yhe kitchen is supplied. Owner is very nice and accommodating. The home is in a safe, clean neighborhood that is close to everything!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Bungalow Paradise

This bungalow is exactly as advertised and the perfect place for a family vacation! Duncan was a pleasure to work with and the property has everything you need for your home away from home. The backyard is truly a tropical oasis with an amazing pool, sandy beaches, and covered seating areas. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home - centrally located

Beautiful home, nice, private backyard and pool area. Cabana is very nice touch. Great for couple for small family. Home is well furnished and taken care of. I was down to volunteer after Hurricane Ian so it was perfect for me. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful getaway!

Not Paradise

It started bad right off the get go. Neighbors life on top of each other. Booming LOUD music started at 10am and got louder as the day goes. We’re forced inside before dark. Next two days were the same. Chickens on the other side. Allen was quick to try and help but the police came to the door. Next day music neighbors shot fireworks at us and the Raines down on us in the pool. We had reservations for two weeks but day three we left. Allen got us a refund but then accused us of destroying the house and claiming our dog saturated his carpet. He even threatened us that he would make sure we would never rent again anywhere. Don’t go here. It’s not Paradise at all. Worse vacation EVER!

Cozy Bungalow

The Bungalow is very cozy and comfy inside and very beautiful outside. We stayed for six weeks and were disappointed we had to leave as well as our dog who was in heaven as she had free access to the backyard. Any maintenance problems were addressed immediately by Duncan. Also the place was very convenient to a number of good restaurants. We will miss Duncan!

Private Cottage Getaway

Bungalow Stay

Backyard oasis was wonderful, neighborhood friendly and very safe. Great location with easy access to beach and stores. Owner was very responsive to needs. House served our needs but needs routine maintenance.

Creating the 'Bungalow' has been a labor of love.My talented friend Hartmann did magic with the interior, 'green thumb' Annie supervised creating the 'Jungle'...over 150 palms, banana, and bamboo, two butterfly gardens. Daughter Kathy contributed the two Sand beaches poolside.
Everybody loves the Bungalow....I love my job as innkeeper and yard man...
