Nyligen ombyggda 1200 kvm. Fot lägenhet ligger i Indian Shores, Florida. Njut av en avkopplande semester på stranden. "Winter," stjärnan i A Dolphin Tale, bor bara 5 miles norr om lägenhet i Clearwater, Florida. Flyg din drone på stranden och över vattnet.

Köket: The condo var nyligen ombyggd och har keramiska golvplattor hela. Det finns granit bänkskivor i köket och bad. Det finns rostfria vitvaror. Köket är fullt möblerad med köksredskap, husgeråd, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, ismaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer och långsam spis.

Omgivning: Från balkongen kan du titta på strålande solnedgångar på kvällen eller delfinerna som svimmar i morgon. Det enda ljud på natten är ljudet av vågorna som slår mot stranden. Disney World är 90 miles away. Inga husdjur eller rökning tillåten.

Nice place right on the water! We had a LOVELY stay!

Nice unit right on the beach in a very nice area. Many businesses seem to be back to normal after last years hurricanes.

The condo was exactly as described ! Clean, beautiful beach views and had plenty of amenities to enjoy our time. It was quiet and the check in and out process was seem-less. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet get away !

Last minute trip to the beach

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo! Very spacious, lots of amenities, especially if you are arriving via a flight. Beds were comfortable and view was amazing! We loved the sliding glass doors with the ocean view. We appreciated the extra blankets because it was chilly when we were there. We didn't end up needed any of the beach amenities because of the cool weather but it was well stocked. The pool was a great addition too. The host provided great detailed instructions and was very thorough.

The host was great, the location was great and the condo was great. There were some other people staying at the property that were loud and threw food and trash everywhere - but that’s not the host’s fault. She was helpful and available.

Wonderful place to stay

It is cleaned, nicely finished, quiet and convenient. We was here labor day weekend. Beaches wasnt crowded. I had my 2 young grandkids. They loved the beach toys. It's a great place to come and relax and enjoy the beach. Will recommend this condo. Owner is great too.

Very nice condo, safe & secure with incredible view.

All of the instructions sent before the trip contributed to getting settled in a breeze. The condo with the balcony was private and relaxing. The view was enjoyed whether on the balcony or inside. The condo is very well equipped with anything needed to feel right at home. We look forward to returning next year.

Spring vacation

This unit is very organized, clean and stocked with everything needed for a long stay. We really enjoyed the sunsets right from the balcony and how close we were to the gulf. Katherine was very informative of the check in process and made sure our stay went smoothly. We will definitely be back next year

AMAZING view...Excellent family vacation spot away from overcrowded beaches

My family and I (4 kids and 2 adults) couldn't have stayed in a better location. Clearwater pier, Tampa Zoo, Johns Pass, and so much more nearby. Beach was never overcrowded during our stay and the view....AMAZING! Lots of beach toys, chairs, floaties and boogie boards in the balcony closet. Kitchen was beyond my expectations and so much more to list. We will definitely consider staying here again during future trips!

Wonderful place. Family enjoyed our time there. The only negative is that we were not informed anywhere that we had to park in a low clearance parking garage. FYI, 6'9" is maximum height.

On the beach and Quiet!

Very laid back atmosphere and very quiet unit! Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Has EVERYTHING you need. The only thing missing was shampoo and bath soap. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, any cooking utensils possible, games, books, everything!!!! Sand, close enough to touch and clean beach. Worth it!!!
